EDIT: i just saw that you already posted someting. just remember: Roarke is a control freak with a vengeance. he is used to being kind of a leader in jail society, and he now sees some kind of a chance to get control back into his hooves. he should and will try anything to keep the tiny bit of control he just gained in his posession.

 

hope this helps on how predictable he'll be in the future.

we left him with pretty much a neural breakdown in the holding cell, and i dunno if they left the door unlocked or something, but otherwise i have no idea how to get him out of there...

The remote door controls? You're one security level too low to get in there, plus enabling them doesn't open the door necessarily, it just gives 079 control over the doors.

 

 

 

For anyone wondering why 096 hasn't been so much as mentioned yet, it's because I have something for him I've been setting up for this whole time. You'll get to see him, but hopefully you won't see his face! :3
