Actually, just saying this so we all know.

Keep using mentions and that, but just realise that some may not reach for who they are intended for or may not be recieved. I get the same problem and so do many others, most times I get them but sometimes I dont.

I think it's just a glitch in the system or something but just bear that in mind.
