It's really hard to balance a character with such power like Sombra, but I think your doing a pretty job of it. Though you might want to tone him down just a little bit.

What does everyone think of the twist I made to Sombra? I just want your opinions

Twists are good, especially in roleplays like this one.  A character like Sombra needs twists so that he doesn't end up like in the show.  That's the great thing about roleplaying as him, because you can basically make him however you like.

As long as you don't make him too OP, you're doing fine.
