She walked past the cell doors casually, slowly; like she had all the time in the world to do as she pleased. Just to mess with the stallion. "Oh how fun it shall be to conquer Equestria; to lead my children into glorious battle and have Celestia crushed beneath my hooves! But of course..." She rested herself upon a stalagmite, moreso leaning, and smiled wickedly. "I'm going to need some help with that."

 

Come on. You gotta admit that was some damn fine improv.

So go ahead and post.  Remember, antagonists shall start out at the top room of the mountain, a bit like a cave, at a table, bickering.  The other ponies shall arrive at the forest feeling a pull towards an unknown place (the mountain).  The ponies will meet up there and then travel along together.
