For the First blue pegasus, i would suggests Lunar Eclipse. Or Morning Wave/Spray.

CM A spray of water, or a Lunar Eclipse.

Lunar: She loves nights, she is almost nocturnal, and is normally good at guiding others. She is light covering the dark

Spray: Ummmm, she loves water. Some water talent

Ooh, for that white pegasus with the blue and pink mane? I'd suggest to name her something along the lines of "Candy Cloud", and make her special talent making cotton candy. Her cutie mark could be, obviously, cotton candy.

She could be a huge fan of candy in general, too, but cotton candy would be her main thing that she loves.

I like Lunar Eclipse and Morning Wave, but who are you talking about? There are no blue-coated Pegasi. Do you mean the white one with the blue mane in the first picture? If so I already have a name and talent for her.
