Derpaholic 1,155 November 24, 2013 Share November 24, 2013 (edited) I'm the kind of person who doesn't really care about holidays one way or another. I think they're perfunctory, and if it weren't for my families, I wouldn't celebrate them at all. That being said, what are your plans for Christmas this year?I'm going to spend the Christmas eve at my mom's, and then, on Christmas day, go to my dad's with my younger sister.I'm also probably just going to get some peace, quiet, and solitude on the the new year's. I just prefer to be alone, quite frankly. No fireworks, no hassle, no nothing. Just me, my Derpy plushie, and my guitars. Scootalove 10,689 November 24, 2013 Share November 24, 2013 I'll probably go to see the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center in Manhattan, and probably spend the rest of the Christmas days with my friends & family. 1 Credit: Moony © Forum FAQ Forum Rules
Candy Blaze 119 November 24, 2013 Share November 24, 2013 I actually can't wait until Christmas. My family gets together a lot but this time, I think were just going to have a quiet dinner at home instead of having a party. Who wants to clean up after 10 running kids who are 3-8 year olds? Plus Winter vacation
PlunderSteed 1,252 November 24, 2013 Share November 24, 2013 Fireworks? Are there places in the world where they celebrate Christmas with fireworks? Anyways, I usually keep it fairly low key. We have a tree, and we exchange gifts, but it's more of a seasonal celebration for us, and holds no religious significance. Also, my work schedule is very unpredictable, and only 10% of my team is allowed to take vacation time during the "big" holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year). The rest of us technically have those days off, but can be called in on fairly short notice. Regards, PlunderSteed Bassist, pianist, and backing vocalist for MLP-themed metal band Draconequus. Moonlight 7,286 November 24, 2013 Share November 24, 2013 Well, I just plan on doing the following: Opening presents in the early morning hours Mess around with the stuff I got Go to Grandmother's for dinner Go over to my sister's (she lives across the street from Grandmother) and open the presents she got me Go back to Grandmother's and open the presents she got me. Go Home Proceed to relax and mess with the things I got. The sad part is that for Christmas dinner I sit in a corner and fiddle with electronics...can't stand human interaction, for the most part... Also, ew....kids...get them away from me... 4 matching setups with my bff pathfinder

Confetti Nova 58 November 24, 2013 Share November 24, 2013 (edited) Going up to my favorite place in the world (besides LA). Up with cold lush mountains, ocean and the national country as far as the eye can see. It's a westerner's dream. <3 Edited November 24, 2013 by CowBob RanchPants

Super Derpy 535 November 24, 2013 Share November 24, 2013 Every year we go to my Grandparents place up by Lake Tahoe for Christmas and then head down to San Fransisco for New Years. I especially love San Fransisco, easily my favorite city. Thanks to LittleRawr for the signature! Mutemutt 773 November 24, 2013 Share November 24, 2013 I haven't made any plans myself but we'll probably end up having the same plans as usual: Wake up and wait for everyone else to wake up Then open presents Laze around enjoying/ setting up our presents Go to Grandma and Grandpa's place to meet the rest of the family Open more presents, mostly gift cards Eat some food Stick around until we get tired of seeing each other's faces partying Go home
GhostPony750 959 November 25, 2013 Share November 25, 2013 (edited) Christmas usually mean suppers and brunches everywhere with my uber huge family, then as soon as we're finished, it starts again with the new year. This is my favorite time of the year, mostly New Year since there's no gifts. So in my (let's hope for that) free time, I'll probably laze around, play guitar, pokemon, post on forums, video games, music, etc. Edited November 25, 2013 by GhostPony750

Galen 1,354 November 25, 2013 Share November 25, 2013 Fireworks? Are there places in the world where they celebrate Christmas with fireworks? You'll be surprised! The people who live below my apartment in my hometown have fireworks for both xmas and New Year's. They're pretty wild like that As for me, I'll be back in Italy in mid-december just in time for my siblings' birthdays which are just before xmas, so there'll be loads of cake. I'm definitely looking forward to the nice, quiet atmosphere of my hometown as it's a very nice break from the constant headrush of the big city. Being with my family and my dog is something I'm always looking forward to
