It's what you make of it that counts.

 

I found an easy way to find out if you've inspired someone. If their eyes are shining, you know you're doing it!

And here it is! I can assure you that the only magic he would be using in most cases would be his blinking ability, and only to a certain extent since he wouldn't have much reason to use it.
