@,

Gale noticed the faunis girl looking at him and instinctively fixed his hat. Afterwards, he gave the girl a glare and began rolling his coin again. "Can I help you?" She was one of the ones he had followed, or at least Gale thought she might have been. Must not be too bright... A lot of faunis don't seem to be.

She saw it in the way he looked at her, the tone he was using. She seen it to many times. He's THAT kind of person. She extinguished the flames building up in her heart, telling her to punch this idiot, "No. No, I don't think you can." She turned back to the people she was beginning to consider her friends. If he wants to be  a racist jerk, fine. Nobody remembers OUR contributions. OUR heroes. If they did, they'd realize our equality.

@,

Gale raised an eyebrow at the girl and shrugged. "Uh... okay then." Gale shook his head and rested his head on his free hand and watched the coin as it rolled over his other hand's knuckles. Always so touchy too. Make just the slightest wrong tone and they fire off. Jeez.

@, (sorry but, little busy atm... Flame, can you nudge her along until I get back?)

Lost started to wake up a little, but the feeling in her stomach was slowly making her drift back to sleep. She had always dreamed of flying like this: a large machine, that seems to defy all the laws of aerodynamics that she new and loved, gliding her across the skies; but now she felt like she would throw up. "Haha... I guess that's irony for yo~" She flailed her hand around and garbed her bag. She scribbled a note on it that said, 'Motion, and lightning... and something for stomachs...'

She placed it where any attendants could see.

Traveller noticed the same look she did. He bumped her.

'I can hit him. Please let me hit him.' He whispered as he glared at the other person. He looked away, not wanting to provoke him. Probably would. He sighed and looked out the window, surprised that nothing else was in the sky.

Gale saw the other guy give him a look. which he returned. Ah great now this one's gonna get fired up. One of those Faunis activists maybe? Doesn't matter. If he starts something he's not getting far. Gale sniffed and scratched the scar on his lip before returning his gaze on the coin.

She shook her head once, near imperceptibly, and mumbled in an undertone, "Sweet of you for asking, but I can't have you fighting that fight for me. It's not worth it untill he throws the first punch anyway. Otherwise it's just dirty faunists hurting some poor human. Not that your faunist, just a sympathizer. "

'Some people deserve a high five. In the face. Hard.' He whispered as he smiled a little bit. He looked away from the window. The window wouldn't help his aggravation. He mentally sighed and tried to stop thinking about it. He decided to stay quiet about it.

"Even so, it is not my place to give it to them. I used to think so, but I've begun realizing smashing faces and bashing heads does little to nil to help the problem. Just, trust me. He ain't bothering us; we shouldn't bother him." She puts a thumb to her mouth and thinks.

'I guess not. Still want to though...' Traveller mumbled. He looked around for more Faunis. He didn't see any, or at least any open Faunis. He had heard stories on the news about Faunis who disguised themselves to avoid personal attacks. He couldn't imagine hiding a huge part of your personality just so you could go through your day without being called out. He stopped thinking about it, realizing it only made him angrier.

Crimson stomped up to Gale and glared at him. "Listen here, you judgmental douche...I don't give two shits what people say about me, but insulting an entire race of people because of ignorance will only make you another poor idiot who has no business playing the hero...if you really want to make a difference in this world, first take a look at yourself and fix your own flaws...don't abuse the rights of others...if you do that, then your no different than a grim..." he said with a low growl.

Flame got up. "Hey now lets not start anything alright" He said looking at Gale; The person who helped him before and Crimson a Faunus. "Glad I'm not the only Faunus here" He said to himself. "If we get in trouble they'll kick you both out...even if it is flying so don't dont anything crazy alright" He said

Gwyn was up and at his shoulder, tugging him away, "Sorry sir. He's had a long day, and I think the air's drying his scales wrong." She pulled Crimson back, "If you fight him, it'll be all over the news. Especially if you thrash him. If our kids (meaning the faunist's) are to live in peace, we can't be running around hurting people. We need to be the change we want to see." She turned back to the other boy, "Again, my apologies. "

@,

Gale stood up violently, and gave this kid something similar to a death glare. He was quickly drawn back by the other two ignorant idiots, and the guy he had helped earlier was also there. What an assuming little prick. He's lucky those idiots held him back. Other wise I think Hades and Pluto might have slipped into his shoulders... As the reptile looking faunis was dragged back, Gale readjusted his jacket in a single, quick motion and sat back down. "Yea whatever. You know what they say. 'When you assume, you make and ass out of you and me.'"

Gale stood up violently, and gave this kid something similar to a death glare. He was quickly drawn back by the other two ignorant idiots, and the guy he had helped earlier was also there and Gale for the first time noticed his faunis features. See? That's a faunis. Peaceful. Not assuming anything, not starting anything. Unlike Mr. Reptile over here. As the reptile looking faunis was dragged back, Gale readjusted his jacket in a single, quick motion and sat back down. "Yea whatever. You know what they say. 'When you assume, you make and ass out of you and me.'"

She faked a laugh for courtesy and glanced over at the other boy. When she finally got Crimson calmed down, she told him, "Listen: That could could be your teammate in the near future. You need to keep your head cool and your heart strong, if you are to get through the year, yeah?" She offered him another handshake, for a promise.

Crimson nodded and accepted the handshake. "Don't worry...I wasn't planning on hurting the poor idiot, I just wanted to make a point...my family died because of people like him..." he said, dusting off his jacket as he sat down on a nearby bench, gripping the railing with one hand.

A blue-haired girl lay in a chair, her back hooves kicked up against a table, utterly unconcerned and unimpressed by the magnificence of the airship in which she reclined. A closer look would have shown that she was actually snoozing.

Her skin was golden with a magnificent tan, and her dark hair - almost navy - was shot with light blue streaks. She pulled off the look quite nicely. She was dressed rather loosely, like the clothes she wore were a few sizes too big, which in itself was unsurprising considering the mere smallness and thinness of her stature. She wore a black, baggy, short-sleeved hoodie with a zipper, and blue on the inside of the hood, and a short pair of shorts of a similar blue. The hoodie was zipped down just far enough to show a bit of a white tank she wore beneath it.

With a hiccup, she woke, and looked around in bewilderment, only to remember after a short moment why she was not in her own cozy bed at home. Cascade had been one of the first on the ship, and must have dozed off while waiting for it to depart in the first place. She approached the window, and looked out in childlike wonder. Anyone watching her would have falsely guessed, based on her slightness of stature and her youthful demeanor, that she was far too young to be attending Beacon at all. Anyone who actually knew Cascade Swirl would have just laughed at that notion. Appearance and attitude are no true indicators of age or experience on the field of battle. As it was, Cascade was simply doing a very poor job of portraying herself as a future Huntress. A watchful eye might have noticed the lean muscle, and that the light, blue gauntlet that decorated one arm concealed a weapon, but no attention was paid to little Cascade, other than a sneer at the thought of such a silly little girl becoming a huntress.

Seeming to tire of just gazing out the window, the short woman wandered off into the crowd of ponies. With a squeak, she bumped into a particularly angry looking fellow, who seemed to be arguing with someone.

@,

Gale shook his head towards himself in regards to Crimson. Man if Faunus weren't as aggressive and assuming as these guys, then maybe I'd understand them more. But of course, they're so sensitive about being discriminated that they have to get all assuming and crap.  Gale was pulled out of his thoughts by a leg bumping into his, and he looked up to see a girl that had quite literally ran into him. "Ah sorry bout that. Was in my own little world." He shuffled his legs in to let the girl pass, who seemed surprisingly out of place with her small stature, and once again began twirling the coin across his knuckles.

@@Ampharos@@,

Cascade responded rather meekly. "No, it was my bad." She sighed, and looked up at the tall fellow. "You're angry. Don't be angry, it was an accident. I didn't mean to bump into you, I swear, I wasn't watching where I was ---" She took a deep, calming breath. "Sorry. I'll see you around." She hurriedly dodged around the big fellow to join in conversation with the two Faunus, despite not yet knowing either of them. "Uh... Hi," she muttered, looking a little embarrassed. That big guy shouldn't bother her if she was talking to these Faunus, who looked intimidating just by their physical appearance, although again, looking up at them didn't really help her self-confidence or judgement of ferocity.

Sole had heard the argument between the lizard Faunus and the appearent Faunus descriminator. "Some people just don't know when to shut their mouths..." He mumbled with a sigh, sitting up as he did. He looked around at the others and grinned "lots of Faunus at this school huh? Interesting." He said to no one in particular

She looked down at the figure and immediately grinned, "Hey. Guess it's introduction time; I'm Gwyn, that's Crimson, and this guy over here calls himself Traveler. You are?" She had to resist the urge to bend over to talk this person; she liked to be at eye-level with whomever she talked to.

Gale looked perplexed at the girl's response and sat down. That was... odd to say the least. Do I still look mad? I guess I would. Ah too bad, probably won't see her ever again. (Yea Gale she's totally not gonna be your team leader or anything) He watched as the girl sat down and began talking to the faunus. Guess they look more welcoming than me. Gale looked down at himself and shrugged. Well I guess they do actually... Gale looked over at a boy who had just spoke up something about faunus. "Too bad they're all assuming and sensitive ones huh? A shame really." Gale smiled slightly to himself and brought his attention back to the coin. He kept a hand near Pluto just in case the aggressive guy from before decided to start something.

Traveller stayed silent. He realized if he got involved he wouldn't stop. He knew his limits, and his short temper when dealing with discrimination was one. He sighed as he saw the new person who had introduced herself. 'Yeah, I'm Traveller.' He said, putting on a weak smile. He turned back to the window as he waited to get to Beacon. He wasn't even there and already sides were being taken.

The airship landed and arrived at Beacon. "FINALLY HERE" Flame said as he got up and grabbed his bag and leaving the airship. "Now all I need to do is head to the emerald forest...odd since everyone else is going to the school...I wonder what they want" He said to himself

The girl seemed to visibly relax. It seemed knowing names cheered her slightly.

"I'm Cassie... *Coughs* Cascade Swirl. But you can call me Cascade... Or whatever." She smiled feebly. The smile faltered a little bit when Gwyn, of half a mind of bending down to talk at eye level (Cascade couldn't have known this) stooped over her (unintentionally, of course.) She took a swift step back, then the smile returned. Her bright, dark eyes seemed to laugh softly. "It's nice to meet all of you," she quipped. She then stamped a foot down in impatience, in an abrupt U-turn of demeanor. "Weren't we supposed to be there by now?" She asked.

Just as she said it, the airship gave a lurch as it docked at Beacon. Suddenly Cascade was gone, having dashed excitedly with her luggage towards the exit. She was ready to see Beacon.
