Basically, which Pokémon gen is your favorite, where did you start playing Pokémon. You can also add which is your favorite Pokémon..

 

Believe or not, I got started in Pokémon gen 5 because I never had any time to play Pokémon when I was younger. That's nostalgia for me. So don't be hating. It's a tie between gen 5 and 6. I played gen 4 and 3, but they never caught on with me. My favorite ultimate Pokémon was and always will be Emboar. I'm sure by fifth gen everyone was tired of fighting/ fire starters, but I had just got started and Emboar was my favorite.

I've played and watched Pokemon pretty much my whole life.  Charizard and his evolutions have always been my favorite, along with Treecko and his.  I love them both but for non-starters, I think I'd say Zorua/Zoroark. :3

I've played the Pokemon games and I have watched the show. Umbreon and Vaporeon are my favorite Pokemon, also you can't forget the other Pokemon that cheered us up in our childhood.

I got into Pokémon a few years ago and played pretty much every gen.  My favorites are the Original Red Version and Soulsilver.  I've watched the anime also but I like the first and second seasons the most.  My favorite Pokémon are Pachirisu (I hope I spelled that right lol) and Eevee!

I got into Pokemon during Generation 4, and my favorite would be tied between Generation 4 and 5 (I've played all generations except 6).

 

My favorite types would be ghost and water, but my favorite Pokemon would be Goodra. It's so cute!

Gengar, far above all others. Gengar looks awesome, is powerful as all hell, and is just overall great to have.  A good Gengar can strike fear into just about anybody, and now with a Mega Evolution, he's even more terrifying.

Most of my favorite pokemon are from first gen, but second and third are also ok. I lost interest around 4th gen

I've been playing Pokémon since before I could read. In fact, Pokémon taught me to read in a way.

 

My favorite Pokémon of all time is Typhlosion as he Cyndaquil was my first Pokémon ever.

My favorite legendary is Lugia, as it was my first legendary ever.

 

Espeon is my second favorite Pokémon. I just thought I should mention Espeon as well because I really do love that Pokémon.

My favorite pokemon has always been Buizel.

 

 

Why? I'm not entirely sure. I've always loved his style and rather sassy swag like attitude. But, that's just Ashes Buizel, I wouldn't think they're all like that. In a completely different way I also see Buizel as me.

I started back in the first generation and I've experienced every generation. I watched the TV show, collected the cards, watched the Pokemon Live musical in person (and again on youtube now.)

 

My favourite generation is the first generation because there was so little known about it. There were roumers about these strong Pokemon hidden in the game's code called Pokegods. They could be unlocked by doing crazy things like beating the elite four 30 times or using the item finder on every square of Seafoam Island. Missingno was a complete mystery and other placeholder pokemon were commonly claimed to be Pokegods which you could get with simple gameshark codes.

 

These days, we know pretty much everything about the newest games; there's no mystery about what's there. I'd love for there to be an RPG with hard obscure tasks that actually unlocks that sort of content. Could you imagine the different communities that would form trying to find all of those easter eggs? It would be such a cool idea!

 

Oh, and as for my favourite, that title has to belong to the king of the third generation overused metagame: Aerodactyl.
