I'm an avid collector of Part II of the Naruto manga, but I stopped actually reading it months ago (However, I still "follow" it via Wiki/Wikia.). And when Part II ends, I'll most likely sell my then-complete set for a decent lump sum.

I read all books I get except for a few. I got a few big academic books that are considered collectable I do read them but don't exactly finish them even got one about science and haven't read it maybe I should. It's still in the plastic and I got it at least a year ago. So yeah, if I collect books I read them.

Naruto, Bleach, and Fullmetal Alchemist Manga. I own all of the Naruto manga up until volume 52 or so, and I own all of the bleach volumes except for 10-20. I own the first half of the FMA manga. 

 

As you can tell I have some Manga to catch up on. I want to start buying the Attack on Titan manga but I want to finish the ones I have first.
