Are the Breezies related to the Changelings?

The Breezies aren't related to the Changelings, not only that but breezies have sport butterfly antennas and wings plus they are small in stature no where in any way evil.

Gen 1 MLP had Flutter Ponies and then in like, G3 they named them Breezies.
I imagine they will basically be faerie type ponies, butterfly wings and all good things.

Actually there were a couple of other butterfly like wing ponies G1. G3 Breezies are even smaller than G1 Windy Wing and Summer Wing ponies. Flutter Ponies are actually larger in size than the Windy Wing and Summer Wing.
