Thank you very much, Delernil! My guess, it's because eyes offset, her right eye should be a bit thinner.

That's it I knew it had something to do with proportions but I couldn't put my finger on it.

These are quite nice! Your style is very adorable! My favorite of these is Fluttershy. It's just so cute :3

 

Might I suggest making The roots of Fluttershy's hair be moved over to line up with the closest side of her left eye. The way you have it makes it seem as if her hair is coming from the side of her head rather than the middle. I've done this quite a few times with Rarity before actually catching the hair issue. .-.
