Cain instantly snapped awake, a small yet necessary pain shooting up his body as his very cells were altered by the power of Yveltal. "Keep it together," he coughed as he propped himself up against the wall.

 

The pain was receding now, it slowly rippled away from the cells within his body, until the only place that suffered was his right eye. If this is the price for the ability to serve Yveltal, then so be it. He panted for a moment before looking around for any reflective object, the closest thing he could find was a relatively small piece of shattered glass, perhaps left there by some careless worker of some description but a few hours since.

 

Looking into the shattered glass, Cain saw no real changes to his body, until he settled upon his right eye. The pupil seemed not to reflect light, always staying pitch black no matter the light intensity. Perhaps more disturbing was the unnaturally red iris, that seemed to be smaller than his other one. No use dwelling on it now... I have a death to witness.

 

Carrying himself up to his feet, Cain staggered with less difficulty than before to the closest sound of people, once he reached the crowds he began asking around for a man named Fugi. He got a few directions, but nothing solid. "Keep looking," he whispered as he released his Bisharp from it's pokeball.

Sekel followed him to some sort of shrine in the forest. 'If that was Azalea Town and this is the forest on the border then this must be the Ilex Forest.' Sekel thought to himself. He sat down near the boy. "Since this is Ilex Forest and you used those roots, then you must be a disciple of Celebi. Am I correct?" Sekel asked him. "Hey, I'm sorry about the keaf-boy comment. I just didn't know your name. That's all."

When Rin feel into unconsciousness she received a message from Deoxys. "You did well human. In time you will learn to kill and feel nothing." Deoxys says pleased. "That fool Genesect wishes to destroy everything no matter what it is, hoping to bring back the world he once knew. Quickly now, you must leave these other two and travel to Lavender Town in Kanto. Convince the Giratina follower to send you there via the Distortion World." the message ends as Rin awakes up.

Not much was happening on Route 34. There were a few Rattata running about while an Abra conversed with a Drowzee. It seems there was some sort of Pokemon near the Daycare though it couldn't be made up from where Revvy stood. He could, however, tell that it was green and white.

 

 

As his Porygon2 leaves to help Taylor, Leon continued his search for whatever it was he's suppose to find until he comes to a door with some...interesting noises going on behind it. "Come on Rotom just give us a little more power." a scientist tells a little electric Pokemon. The Pokemon seems to be trapped behind glass and is being used as some sort of power source. Another scientist turns a dial which makes Rotom scream in pain and release a ton of electricity. As this happens a machine starts to power on. "It's working, turn the dial up more." says the scientist. The machine was odd and it almost looked like some sort of portal or doorway. As the dial went up the little Pokemon screamed louder and louder, angering Leon. "Not on my watch” he mumbles to himself. He shoots a weak telekinetic blast at the scientist turning the dial, knocking him out. Leon then uses his powers to break the glass holding Rotom who quickly bolts off past Leon, knocking him over.

Cedric looked at Sekel for a minute and said nothing. Finally, he looked back at Rin and spoke. "Cedric Witlock. Yes this is Ilex and yes I'm a Celebi follower no please give me a moment to myself." Cedric was on the verge of tears, his voice cracking several times as he spoke. His birth place was now destroyed almost entirely. His own house was now nothing but a few walls and some foundation. He could only be glad that his parents and his younger sister had been visiting relatives in Kanto and his brother had stormed out of town going Arceus knows where, so none of them had perished in the attack. But several good family friends probably died because of this man and his town was now destroyed, and Cedric was nearly at the point of hitting anything he saw.

Revvy yawned as he looked around, seeing many common Pokemon he had already caught back in his days of the first steps of his journey. He saw a Pokemon he couldn't quite make out, and didn't really look familiar, so he got closer to the Daycare to see it. "Hey Daycare Man! Watcha got there?"

"Oh. That's quite a lovely name. I'm Comet." Comet said, smiling at the man. With his friendly disposition there was no point in being hostile towards him. "As for 'what's up', I'm heading off to Ecruteak right now. Hopefully I'll find some pokemon there that show interest in me or the other way around..." Jared then checked his pocket for something. Something that appeared to be spherical by how he moved his hand. Such an act probably meant he was a trainer. Comet's curiosity immediately made her ask if he was. "Oh. Are you a trainer, perchance?"

"Yes, actually, I am." Jared pulled a pokeball out of his pocket, and flicked it. Out came his beloved Purrloin. "Sorry, Jag," he told the Purrloin, who was staring at him insolently. "I know you hate spending time in your ball. I promise I won't put you back in anytime soon." Little Jag looked contented, and so leapt up onto Jared's shoulders, wrapped around him like a scarf, and started purring. "I've never met anyone who could pull off both jerk and sweetheart at the same time nearly as well as this guy," Jared smiled. "You were talking about hunting for new pokemon?" The idea of this challenge intrigued him. He wasn't even sure what kinds of pokemon lived in Johto.

Mason smirks behind his scarf, focusing to build up the null-energy for another blast in his hand. "And it's just as typical to label those who see the world with a different light as evil." Mason raises his hand again... Before moving to point it at the old man in the bed rather than at Renee.

 

"Banshee, fire a Shadow Ball at the ground!" Darkrai had instructed him to keep a low profile, and as such Mason had no intention of standing around to fight. At least not until he was more powerful. As his pokemon followed through his orders he fired the null energy at the janitor. The old man stopped his thrashing finally, though some could argue the limp way he layed now was worse.

 

"Return." As he brought the Froslass back into her Dusk Ball, Mason was already starting to sink back into the wall as a shadow. Staring at Renee as he sinks into the shadow, Mason mutters quietly "Don't fret, he's not dead. I have no intentions on killing..."

"I didn't say evil," Renee grinned. "I just said you were ranting like a supervillain. Run if you want. I can follow." She winked. Sensing her brother was coming downstairs, she was determined to try and keep him here, to stall.

 

Flaaffy trodded over towards the Janitor, looking warily at both Froslass and her trainer as it did so, and began to prod the motionless man with its foot.

"Dammit." Leon said with a sigh. "Porygon, follow him and help him in whatever way you can." The artificial Pokemon nods and speeds off in the direction Taylor ran.

Sekel let him have a moment of peace. He rested his backagainst a tree trunk and idly stroked Gourgeist's head. His Gourgeist seemed to like it.

Indigo happily walked down Route 35 to see if she can find anything interesting to do. While walking, she casually tapped her hand against the side of her leg, unintentionally creating gusts of air every time her hand left her leg.

The pokemon Jared had pulled out was one Comet had never seen before. It was rather cute, but didn't look like the kind of pokemon Comet would use. 

 

"Oh...! Yes I am!" Comet said in response to Jared's question, realizing she had probably taken a bit too long to answer. "I'm looking for either some fire types or dragon types, seeing as I have none of either type."

Sekashi made her way to Route 35 with her Luxray by her side her Luxray looked seemingly bored as the two walked through Route 35 until she saw Indigo she paused for a moment before walking up to her and saying "umm hello there" she said shyly her Luxray was just staring at Indigo.

Indigo stopped her tapping and in the process, stopped the gusts of air. "Hello. What's your name?" Indigo stopped walking when she heard the girl speak to her. Fletchinder hopped off her head and fluttered down to inspect the Luxray curiously. Emolga was just content to stay on her trainer's shoulder.

"my names Sekashi so i'm guessing your a follow of Rayquaza? she asked curiously The Luxray jumped backwards into a battling possition seemingly expecting a battle with the Fletchinder Sekashi smiled then sai "umm would you like to battle also?".

"What do you mean, am I a follower of Rayquaza? Where did you ever get that idea from? Sorry, no I wouldn't like to battle just yet. Flame was just curious, weren't ya?" Fletchinder fluttered back a bit at Luxray's battle stance. Fletchinder walked closer and started to chat with Sekashi's Luxray.

Luxray wore a slightly dessapointed look but decided to chat with the Fletchinder instead "Lux Luxray?" said The Luxray which probably meant 'hey i never seen a pokemon like you before?' Sekashi then replied "oh umm appologies anyways i never seen Unova or Kalos pokemon before i know their names but i only seen pictures of them in books they look soooo cool and adorable".

"Fletch? Fletchinder!" Fletchinder responded to Luxray. He said something along the lines of 'Really? I've never seen a pokemon like you before either!'

 

"They are cool and adorable aren't they? Ive never seen a Sinnoh pokemon except in books. You still haven't answered my question though. Whatever gave you the idea that I'm a follower of Rayquaza?" Indigo crossed her arms and waited for an answer.

After an hour or so of searching, Cain had pinpointed the location of the target. "Bisharp, make sure no one else comes in, I would hate for them to lose the satisfaction of the murder mystery." A cruel smile was upon his face as he opened the door to the building, speaking in a concerned voice as he entered. 

 

"Mr Fugi!" He put on a mask of concern, "M-my Pokemon has taken ill, is there anything you can do for him?" Cain was eager to test his new powers, but the others in the town would be trouble if they discovered what he had done, it was best to proceed with caution. C'mon old man, your reaper doesn't have all day.

"Lux luxray lux" Luxray responded to Fletchinder she said something along the lines of 'so your from the Kalos region i'm from the sinnoh region'

 

Sekashi paused for a moment before saying "well you see i had this crazy dream where there were pillars the represent some legendary pokemon i saw you go to the Rayquaza pillar so yea oh and Luxray isn't my only pokemon" she takes out a pokeball and sends out her Flygon.

"Is that a Flygon? No offense, but, I don't really like bug-types. You had that dream too? So which legendary are you following? Maybe I should have said this first, but my name's Indigo and how did you see me anyway? When I was there, there was just a bunch of white humanoid creatures which I suspect were other trainers." Indigo said to Sekashi.

 

"Fletch! Fletchinder?" Fletchinder said which most likely translates to 'Sinnoh! I've never been there before, what's it like?'

It's trainer didn't want it so we've looked after it for a few days hoping to find a trainer that would take it." the old man explained. "You wouldn't happen to want a new Pokemon would you? We don't mind taking care of her but the poor thing will never get to travel like the other Pokemon here." the man says sadly.

A worried look passed over Revvy's face quickly, a harsh difference from his normally cocky expression. But soon, his signature cocky smile returned as he looked at the small thing. "Yea of course! Never actually seen one of these before though... You know where it's from?" Revvy's Dragonair (Who I've now decided to name Ellie) peeked at the small Pokemon for a second before returning behind Revvy in it's guardian-like stance. Skrelp (Who is now officially named Lazybones) simply looked up, incredibly indifferent to the situation. It looked back forward and bubbled lazily.

Cedric finally sighed and glanced over at the boy. He started putting his hair back into it's ponytail and decided to talk to the boy. "So um... I'm guessing you're a follower of a Pokemon god as well?" He didn't look too great. His loose hair was still matted against his face and his eyes were still a pinkish color, although they weren't really watery at all.

"well you don't see people swirling up gust of wind randonly so yea and i'm following Zekrom also Flygon isn't bug type silly Flygon is Dragon and ground type but yea i did mistook Vibrava was a bug type Flygons pre evolution never knew it was dragon and ground type until my Luxray Lucy who was a Luxio Luxrays pre evolution back then" she replied to Indigo.

 

The Flygon then started sniffing the Emolga on Indigo's shoulder.

 

"Lux Luxray!" Luxray said which most likely translate into "well sinnoh is a great place but when i was i a shinx a butch of evil guys captured me but Sekashi was there to rescue me and then i became her first pokemon"

Fugi was feeding a Cubone when Cain walked in. "Oh my. Let me see your Pokemon I should be able to whip something up." Fugi said just as concerned as Cain pretended to be. Cubone however saw threw Cain's ruse and growled at him, holding his bone club defensively.

Hopefully he isn't familiar with the treatment of Possessed Swords... Shadow reached into his pocket and brought out a Pokeball, releasing the Honedge within, it seemed to move perfectly.

 

"I understand it may not be very urgent compared to the other patients you have, but he is having problems with his moves, they always result in random effects that are sometimes dangerous even to himself." Giving a quick nod to Honedge to make sure everything was alright, Cain laid out his Pokemon on a table, he then stepped back and allowed the old man to observe. "I mean, a sword who can't control itself properly may be a danger tho those around it."

 

He was eyeing both the Cubone and the door at all times.

'Is that what I was doing? Rayquaza did say that I would be able to control the air. If that's the case then I'd better get that power under, well, control.' Indigo thought to herself.

"So you follow Zekrom huh? Does that mean you can zap people at will now?" Indigo asked Sekashi. Emolga panicked slightly when Sekashi's Flygon started to sniff her.

"Emo!?" Emolga's cry translated to 'What are you doing!?'

"Fletch! Fletchinder." Fletchinder extended a wing to comfort Luxray. 'That's terrible! At least now you have a great trainer to look after you.'

Sekel nodded at Cedric's question. "Yeah. I am a follower of Giratina. If you had seen my entrance earlier, then you would have noticed the glass on the window ripple. That was actually a gateway connecting the Distortion World this one. Forgot to say this but my name is Sekel Fortif." Sekel had stopped patting Gourgeist and had let him play with Haunter for a bit.

"Unoown." Sekel looked up to see a question mark-shaped Unown flying near his head. This one looked familiar though. He smiled at the pokemon.

"I remember you. You were part of the group that were near me when I woke up. Do you want something?"

"Un. Unown."

"You want to join me?" Sekel asked the pokemon. Unown bounced up and down happily. Sekel chuckled and motioned the Unown forward. "Why not?"

Isn't there a legend of a burnt-down tower in Ecruteak? There's probably some there." Jared didn't know much about Johto, but everyone knew the legend of Ho-oh and those legendary beasts.

 

A few other trainers had come on the route. Jared spared them a curious glance as he spoke to Comet.

"Lux Luxray.." said Luxray which mostly translate into 'yea i'd say it was my fault trying to fight them but yea Sekashi is pretty awesome and whats your story? also from the books i've seen Sekashi reading you had a 3rd evolution'

 

"Fly! Flygon!" Flygon replied which translated to 'i was curious what pokemon you are never seeen anything like you before'

 

"umm no its not just zap random people i don't want to be some kind of evil maniac that zaps random people and pokemon" SEkashi replied.

"Oh... Yea, that is true. I'm heading there anyway, so it's not like it's out of the way or something." Comet said. As she spoke, she noticed Jared glance at some trainers. As the girl saw one of them - the one with the Luxray and Flygon - a shiver rolled down her spine. For some reason or another, this trainer seemed to be of importance. Though Comet wanted to say something to them, that would be quite rude. Not only would she be interrupting their conversation, but also ignoring Jared.

"Since you follow a legendary, I'm guessing you woke up in a random place somewhere near here. As for me, I woke up in Mahogany Town." Indigo said to Sekashi. "Ooh look! New people! Hi!" Indigo energetically waved to the two people on the road.

"Emo." Emolga seemed to have calmed down for the time being. 'Is that all? Then why did you start sniffing me!? I am an Electrc Flying type pokemon.'

"Fletchinder." 'Yeah, I'm yet to evolve into my final form.'
