Eris roared and used Dragon Pulse on the light screen luckily it didn't break she then walked away from Ellie 

 

Sekashi backed away slightly then surprisingly smirked "trainers these days anywas Eris enough keep your anger under control for once will you? you can try and beat that Dragonair some other day if its trainer decides to battle" Eris drooped her head slightly but still maintained a angry glare on the Dragonair she then walks behide Sekashi. 

 

Sekashi's Luxray Lucy then stepped between Revvy and Sekashi if Revvy tried anything he was getting eletrucuted.

Revvy had been about to test his ice powers on the Flygon when it's attack suddenly hit a Light Screen. He looked over at Comet and her Duosion and raised and eyebrow. "Can't say I expected that from you. Thanks I guess. Now I'll have less complications." Revvy looked down at the Luxray and scoffed. "Hey bud, I'm not like your body there. You don't have to worry about me. Cedric, I'll see you in the next town. I swear if I stay here any longer I'm gonna vomit." Revvy started walking determinedly to the next town, bumping Lazybones along and Ellie keeping an eye out behind him in case the two annoying Pokemon decided they wanted to try something else. "Well that didn't go over well. I mean, it was nearly entirely your fault, but still... Anyway," Cedric turned towards Comet. "You know Revvy from somewhere?"

"Indeed I do." Comet said, as Duosion floated back to her side. Comet gently patted the pokemon on the head, to which the psychic type merely huffed. "We... bumped into each other, for lack of a better word... My name's Comet, if I haven't introduced myself yet." With that, Comet gave a small curtsy.

Cedric nodded and bowed his head slightly again. "Nice to meet you, considering. I just bumped into him again in the Ilex. Apparently he was in Kalos before this whole thing, which is where he got that Skrelp of his. He always was running off whenever we didn't get along. Hopefully he'll actually go the next town like he said he would..."

Meanwhile, Revvy was nearing the north end of Route 35, going into the large, very distinct pavilion. Oh this goes to National Park right? Cool I guess.

As there are a specific three fire types in this region I would love to have on my team, going there certainly seems like a good idea..." Comet said, nodding her head at Jared, who had given her the idea. Actually, wait. Revvy was going there. Comet had almost forgotten that Revvy was not someone she exactly enjoyed the company of. "Or... I might go challenge the gym in Goldenrod. But I'll have to see."

Sekashi then petted Eris's head the Flygon started to calm down now Sekashi then said "well now i understand you aren't social well there's a lot of other pokemon that aren't you know pricks" Sekashi then gives the Flygon a short hug Sekashi then turns her attention to Cedric and Comet "well that was interesting wasn't it " 

 

Lucy slowly approached the dousion with a curious look "luxray" said The Luxray 'hi there".

Cedric glanced at this Sekashi girl and raised an eyebrow. "Well I mean you- Never mind, I'm not getting anywhere with you. But yea Whitney's no joke. If you don't know how to handle her, that Miltank of hers will be the end of you. And by the way," Cedric placed his hand on Comet's shoulder. "My brother can be a bit of a prick sometimes, but you might wanna give him a chance next time you seem him. He's can be a pretty neat guy if he wants to." Cedric gave Comet a pat on the shoulder and a nod, and began walking in the direction of the National Park, Fae at his heels and Cloud still sitting on his shoulder.

Rin wasn't sure what her goal was now that she'd arrived in Lavender Town, but her attention was soon drawn to the sounds of a pokemon battle.  She soon found Sekel's pokemon fighting a couple of steel types outside of a building.  What's going on here?  Is this what Deoxys wanted me to stop?  She had no idea what the fighting was about so she wasn't about to get in the middle of it...

 

"Eve, Sand Attack!"  As her Eevee burst from her poke ball and started kicking up a dust cloud, Rin runs by and scoops up the little pokemon in her arms as she runs through the obscuring sand.  Using it as cover to slip into the door of the building the pokemon were fighting in front of, Rin starts moving through the building and checking the different rooms.

 

Glancing cautiously around the corner to a room in the back, Rin freezes when she sees Sekel facing...  She wasn't entirely sure what.  A boy seeming to be draining the life out of an old man?  That's not good...  She sets her Eevee down on the floor, holding a finger to her lips before whispering "Back me up."  She wasn't entirely sure what was going on but Sekel had helped her before, and there was no way hurting old people was going to be a good thing.  

 

Rin's body starts to become more streamlined again, slimmer, built for speed.  With a small nod at her Eevee, Rin grabs the edge of the doorway and darts through to the other side, staying low and moving far faster than a human should be able to.  She darts towards the boy attacking the old man, aiming to strike fast and try to get him away from Mister Fuji.

Mason grins as he emerges from the wall outside of the Silph Company, hitting the ground not far from the alley where he'd originally merged with the wall.  Darkrai had granted him more favour, and he could feel his powers grow stronger.  Thank you, Darkrai.  Your suffering will be done.

 

He was still worried about the girl from inside, and if her brother had happened to be nearby.  He still didn't want to go up against them in a direct confrontation - it was time for a distraction he could use to slip away.  Darkrai had said his nightmares could work on people who were awake now, as long as they were distracted...  Mason could work with that.

 

He looked to the crowds of people in the street nearby before reaching into his pocket.  "Banshee, give me a distraction.  Shadow Ball, towards the people in the streets."  As the pokemon's attacks crashed into the street and the initial panic began to spread, Mason used the distraction as an opportunity to spread his nightmares.  Anyone with a strong enough mind would see through them, but he hoped that the distraction of the shadow ball attacks would give him all the coverage he needed.  As the fear began to spread through the crowds, Mason smirks behind his scarf and returns Froslass to her dusk ball.  Calmly walking away from the scene, Mason laughs quietly.  Let the twins sort that out...  Someone's liable to get hurt otherwise.

While Cain's reactions were good for a human, he was still in no position to be able to dodge the attack at all. The blow sent him recoiling away from the old man. The pain in his eye faded as the grip on his target faltered, yet it was matched by a quick pain from the strike.

 

"You move fast," he looked straight into Rin's eye, giving the same feeling as it did to Sekel just before. "But can mere speed hope to match the power I have?" He weighed out his options, two other people in the room, one may only seem as dangerous as your average human but the other one was fast.

 

 

"I know you have been chosen by one of the gods," he looks at Sekel before turning back to Rin "But I am still unsure about you, have you been chosen, or are you simply fast?"

After having the disciple look at him weirdly he felt like he couldn't move. When Sekel thought he had lost all hope, Rin rushes in and tackles him to the ground. That was when Sekel went into action. Walking towards the boy, he held up his hand. There was enough antimatter in it to melt away part of his arm so that's what he did. He placed his hand upon the disciple's arm and waited for the screams to start. "I told you not to move a muscle."

What came out were not screams exactly, more exclamations of rage and pain, until eventually with all of his might he withdrew his arm from the grip, stumbling backwards as the pain kicked in.

 

"Agh, you... you..." He was speechless, clenching his arm in shock. This continued for but a second until something that even mildly disturbed himself happened, a red glow traveled through his body from his right eye to his melted arm. The process was slow and only just less painful than losing the arm, but still it began to regenerate.

 

After five seconds trapped in pure amazement, Cain flexed his arm to find that it functioned perfectly, although unknown to him he expended some stolen life force in the process. He once again looked at Sekel with a wicked grin on his face.

Cedirc had caught up to Revvy, who was chatting up one of the people behind the counter in the pavilion. "...yea well, you know. Saved her from drowning in a whirlpool when she was a Dratini." "That's incredible!" "Yea it is! Hey Cedric, what day is today? Was thinkin about doin the bug catching contest if it's today." "Yea it's uh... crap what is it?" The two both turned to the girl and raised their eyebrows in questioning.

"Hmpf."  Rin smiles a little cockily as the boy seemed unsure of her - she preferred it that way.  "Why don't you guess?  I'll give you a hint if you ask nicely."  As she moves to rush in again, Rin starts to change in mid-charge.  Less built for speed, but again her hands started to fuse into something more resembling a knife or spear.  Getting in close enough to try and swipe at the other boy, Rin calls out "Eve, Swift!"  A barrage of star-shaped attacks would come from where her Eevee had been hiding near the door.

Cain was more prepared to dodge an attack this time, combined with the confidence of his new found regenerative abilities he managed to just dodge the blade coming from the Disciple. "My my, I certainly have attracted a rare crowd haven't I?"

 

Instead of dodging the swift entirely, Cain brought up his arm and attempted to throw Rin both off balance, and into her Eevee's Swift attack.

Sekel's mouth fell open. He had no idea how the disciple could regenerate. Holding his third pokeball behind his back, he opened it and out popped Unown. He motioned Unown to fly above everyone's head. Gathering some more antimatter, he dashed to Rin's side and they both attacked him at the same time. Sekel had placed his hand somewhere on the body and yelled to Unown. "Unown, now!" Unown had then used Hidden Power and a green wave came out from its body, heading straight towards the disciple.

Everyone seemed to have forgotten about her. That's good. After having calmed down from her panic attack, Indigo got up and returned her pokemon to their pokeballs. Heading in the opposite direction, Indigo then went to Goldenrod City hoping to see if she can find anything to do for Rayquaza.

The Hidden Power had some strength, but of course Unown was never known for being a powerful Pokemon. Unable to dodge, Cain was once again staggered back a meter or so, he was close to the window now, it was thin glass. He smashed it open with his elbow and called outside. "Honedge, Bisharp!" Before turning his attention back to the other two in the room.

 

Outside, Honedge and Bisharp were both battling when they heard their masters call. Using a "technique," that they had done before, Bisharp grabbed hold of Honedge just as it used Shadow Sneak, managing to conceal them both as they sped towards the room in which Cain resided.

Sekashi took out a Luxury ball and retrived her Luxray into it leaving her Flygon out she then looks at Indigo "so where do you want to go to the National park or ecruteak city?" Sekashi asked Lucy on the other hand was seemingly sulking for whatever reason.

"Gourgeist, Haunter!" He called both his pokemon inside as well. "You'd better bring out your other pokemon, Rin" Sekel whispered to Rin. He ran to another window and jumped through. Rolling on the other side and not hearing any shattering meant he was in the Distortion World. Getting as much of a run up as he can, he ran back towards the same window and jumped through it, using his momentum to land a heavy punch on the disciple's back. His pokemon, had made it to the room at the same time as Bisharp and Honedge. Nodding together, Gourgeist then used Shadow Ball on Bisharp and Haunter used Sucker Punch on Honedge.

"Where am I going? I don't know. I just thought I would head in this direction. It's opposite to where everyone else was going so..." Indigo shrugged her shoulders and continued walking in the same direction as before. Resuming her tapping, she had, thankfully, gotten the small gusts of air under control.

((C'mon guys, I'm here too.  A little patience so I can get a response out, hmm?))

 

The other boy had managed to avoid Rin's attack and throw her towards her Eevee, she wasn't worried about the Swift though.  The projectiles went out of their way to move around Rin as they homed in on their original target - Swift wasn't a move that missed under normal conditions, after all.

 

She wasn't going to call her Ditto out just yet - without the other's pokemon there to transform into, the little pink blob would be vulnerable.  Instead she digs one of her sharp hands into the floor, using it to change the direction of her momentum and rush back in.  Close quarters was where her abilities seemed to work best and so she was going to try and stay as close as possible.

Cain fell to the floor, he may have been able to take one of them, but two? "Honedge, Shadow Sneak! Bisharp, Night Slash!" Perhaps it was a foolish mistake keeping Fugi alive when he could've just killed him outright.

 

He did have one advantage over the other two though, every time he was hit he would just reform into perfect condition again, however closer inspection to a piece of glass from the window he shattered showed that his iris was growing smaller. I see now, the more I absorb the larger it gets, but regenerating absorbs stolen lifeforce.

 

Meanwhile, his Pokemon were did exactly as ordered, Honedge sunk into the shadows in order to avoid the incoming attack, and stayed there instead of counterattacking, as he was weak to Dark. Bisharp however had no problem with Shadow Ball, and sliced through the not very effective move, following through with a Night Slash against Gourgheist.

Sekel realised the same thing the disciple did. E ery time he regenerated, his weird red iris would get smaller. If he runs out of lifeforce, then what? Will he have to use his own? These questions can be answered another time as he leapt out of the way of his Unown's Hidden Power attack.

 

Gourgeist took the Night Slash and in retaliation, wrapped it's hair-like arms around the Bisharp. Haunter was confused as to where Honedge went. He flew up to the roof and tried to see if he could spot it.

Indigo happily walked along the route, trying to figure out what to do and where to go. 'Didn't Rayquaza sqy I would just think and he'd try to talk to me? Well, it's worth a shot. Rayquaza, if you're listening, then can you please guide me in what to do?'

Mason laughs and returns Froslass to her dusk ball, halfway merged with the wall with his upper torso still solid.  "Go ahead.  Follow.  Someone should get the old man to the hospital though.  I didn't kill him, but he may suffer more mental trauma if left in this state."  With that said, Mason finishes sinking into the wall before the shadow roughly in the shape of the boy rushes towards the nearest window.

 

As he slips out along the window to the outside wall, Mason silently thinks to himself in an effort to contact Darkrai.  Darkrai, your gifts are mighty, but I'm already facing opposition from the other disciples.  Causing nightmares one person at a time won't work like this...  Grant some kind of guidance to your disciple.

As much as she hated it, Renee couldn't exactly follow Mason in that crude sense. Instead, she moved to the limp figure of the janitor, and checked his pulse. He was still breathing, but he didn't look like he was. 

Taylor whirled into the room the second the shadow disappeared from the window, closely followed by a Porygon2, oddly enough. With one shared, significant look, Taylor moved, picked up the dying man, and fled the room, ignoring the cries of Silph employees in the lobby. He was much faster and stronger than Renee. He'd get that janitor to the Pokemon Center soon enough, and then maybe he'd look for Mason. Renee smiled at Porygon2. "Where'd you come from? Are you going with him? Or back upstairs?" Renee started up the way Taylor had just come from, to presumably help the Mewtwo follower like Taylor had promised.

Sekashi then replied "umm hi i'm Sekashi and your Serperior seems over protective of you" she said rather awkwardly  she felt a bit nervous about Comet though her Flygon then sniffs the Serperior seems like her Flygon likes smelling new things which is rather strange and sometimes rude.

Emolga, sensing hostility coming from somewhere near her trainer, came out of her pokeball on her own.
"Betty? What are you doing?" Indigo was slightly surprised when Emolga came out of the pokeball on her own. Emolga faced the Serperior and growled.

Comet laughed nervously at the girl with the Luxray's comment. "Yes... I suppose she is..." For some reason, Comet found this girl particularly annoying, for no reason in particular. 

 

When Emolga growled at Serperior, the serpent hissed right back. Comet gently hit her in the head, causing the pokemon to droop her head with an embarrassed expression. "No need to be rude." Comet said, bluntly.

 

 

Sekashi then smiled then said "oo want to have a pokemon battle? that would be fun" she exitedly. The Flygon then growled at the Serperior "Fly Fly Flygon!" Flygon said dismissively at the Serperior which translated to 'talk about being a rude snake thing pokemon'.

With a sigh, Indigo brought Fletchinder back out. "I don't even know why I put the both of you in there." Indigo shrugged her arms and waited to see what would happen. Both Fletchinder and Emolga started to chatter excitedly about something. "Are you two going to have a battle?" Indigo asked Sekashi and the Serperior's trainer while she waved at the boy, accidentally shooting a gust of wind at him. "Whoops. Sorry!" Indigo apologised.

"Uhm... No... I don't believe Serperior's in the mood for battle." Comet said, noting how clearly agitated the snake was. It didn't particularly like being made a mockery of. Comet wasn't much happier. These two just shrieked their normalness far too loudly. That one girl still did bother her, but she wasn't hurting anyone, or something. Besides, if Comet really wanted to know who she was, she could probably just ask Reshiram later.

 

"Well, I believe we best be going..." Comet said, with a tinge of irritation at the back of her throat. "I'm afraid I do need to be going somewhere. So, adieu for now." On normal occasions, Comet might add the words "I sincerely wish we do not cross paths again", or something similar. But, she didn't want Jared to find her rude, or something.

 

Speaking of Jared, if Comet were to leave, she would also be abandoning him. She couldn't simply do that, after all, they might never meet again, and it was rare Comet met someone she liked. Serperior was returned to her pokeball, and Duosion sent out instead. "My apologies, Duosion, if I'm interrupting your slumber, but I would prefer if you made sure that everything is alright for the time being." Duosion gave an adamant huff to Comet, but then did float by her side to make sure nothing went haywire. 

 

Comet then grabbed Jared by the shirt collar, and in a low voice said, "You. Come." And attempted to drag him with her back to the National Park.

Jared had spent this whole interchange watching and struggling internally. Here, two challenges had presented themselves. One of a pokemon battle, which excited him. One of hunting for rare pokemon, which was just as exciting. He had come to the conclusion that the Pokemon Hunt would be the greater challenge anyway, and that the challenge for a battle had not been presented to him anyway when he started to get dragged along. This Comet was willful. He liked her.

 

Revvy started racing immediately towards Azalea, and Cedric struggled to keep up. Once Revvy had gotten through the entrance of the forest, he looked around in horror. He spun around to Cedric, who had just come out of the pavilion. "What the hell happened here!?" "I'm sorry Revvy he was too strong..." "Who!?" "The Genesect follower. But it's okay I... I helped kill him..." Revvy took a step back in surprise. That was not something he had ever expected to come from his brother. But after looking around the place again, he was glad he did. Rage was boiling inside him now and he smashed a tree near him, which froze slightly inn the place he punched it. "Come on let's go," he said in a hoarse voice, not wanting to stay here any longer. He began walking into the forest and back onto Route 34 and Cedric followed. They went through Goldenrod, which made Cedric a little queasy, but finally made it onto Route 35. There were what looked like 4 trainers there, including- "Ah she's here? Whatever, I can live." The two brothers started walking over to them, Cedric giving a curious glance at Jared.

"Hey there! Name's Revvy. Nice ta see ya again Comet," he said sarcastically, giving another cocky grin to the girl who obviously hadn't been too fond of him. "And I'm Cedric. I'm his brother... sadly... Anyway, it's a pleasure," he said, bowing his head slightly. The two brothers were so different it was alarming. Cedric looked at Jared again and gave him a once over with his eyes. Jeez he's wearing nearly the same clothes as me. Awkward...

Taylor had just set the man down in the hospital, but before he had time to explain what had happened there were explosions in the street. The Darkrai guy again? I thought they were about bad dreams and subtlety. Taylor sprinted back out into the street to see Shadow Balls raining on the street. Didn't he have a Froslass? Taylor began sprinting, at considerable speeds, to where he thought the blasts were coming from. Or the orders to blast. He wasn't quite sure. In the chaos of the street, no one really noticed him running faster than humanly possible.

Indigo had finally calmed down from her panic attack. Emolga and Fletchinder were both glad that Indigo was feeling better. She finally noticed someone new that came along. "Hi. What's your name?" Indigo asked him. She got up from her position on the ground and walked up to the boy with Leafeon and Whimsicott. "Mine's Indigo in case you were wondering."

With the little annoyances gone, Comet frowned. They had all gone to the National Park, hadn't they? If Comet wanted to go to Ecruteak, she would have to go through the National Park first. Comet had no intention of bumping into either of the Zekrom or Kyurem followers again, ever again, so avoiding going there would be in her best interests.

 

However, Jared was still here. Comet should probably ask if he wanted to do something specific. "Sooooo..." Comet began. She wasn't used to asking such vague questions. "Is there anything you want to do...?"

Cain began shouting at the top of his lungs, purely to gain the attention of everyone around him even if only for a second. "Your gods may promise you power, or whatever it is you desire, but know that all things die! All things decay with the passing of time!" Just as he temporarily gained everyone's attention, both of his Pokemon got to work. 

 

Bisharp channeled his Night Slash not to his hand blades, but to the blades around his body, by thrashing about he began to severely damage the Gourgheist's arms, however it would not follow up with an attack, and instead jumped back a few paces.

 

Meanwhile, just as everyone was distracted, Honedge came out of the Shadow Sneak and lunged towards the almost incapacitated Fugi at extreme speeds. To make thing more difficult for anyone else however, this was what Bisharp had retreated for, sharpening his Night Claws he would strike at anything that attempted to stop Honedge.
