That would be Phalanx's, from Shadow of the Colossus. It's mainly the surprise of hearing it, because while fighting it, it doesn't make a single sound. But when you finally kill it, and the camera zooms out to show you just how big of a beast you've defeated, its death cry is all the more significant and atmospheric.

Maybe it is just me being bias because I just Fennekins but that has one of my favorite cries.
