I'll answer the physical part since I could write a book on the heartbreaks and emotional pains I've been through in life; and besides, a man doesn't let himself become a sob story. I think one of the worst physical pains I've ever felt was when they removed my wisdom teeth. That was at least 4 (maybe 5), and all in one sitting. I was bed ridden for a few days, barely able to speak or stomach much of anything.

 

Know what? Same question. Physical pain, worst you ever had, go!
