Ohhhh.... I dont get it now. More like a confusing rule to me.

To be completely specific. Rule 63 is the Internet rule where if there is a female character, here is a male counterpart and vise versa. Basically, it is genderswap.

Sry that it is green tinted, my phone camera wasn't connecting so I had too use a worse one.

 

I am going to work on getting a better colored version of the picture.

That's so cute! :D I would love to have a better quality version of it, but you can take as much time as you need! :P
