When the spider thing started moving in his direction, Rush decided he had seen enough of this to realize it was about time he got going. Without really thinking, he grabbed Whisper and dragged her with him to the nearest path of escape he could find- an elevator two of the others had used before. Once they were in the elevator and moving down, he let go of her. "I'm sorry about being so rough with you, but I figured it was time we got out of there. I don't know where this elevator goes, but it can't be worse than whatever was going on up there. Whatever happens, I promise I won't let anything hurt you."

Minx jerked awake when she heard Arti's voice come through the speaker. "It sounds like he's in a video game!" Devilinx didn't make an effort to stay quiet. Minx closed her eyes again when she realised the computer kid had it under control. Then she opened her eyes again. Minx shakily got up and leaned against the chair. "Do. You. Know. What's happening?" Minx's voice was still stuttering from the electro ball.

Arti continued on his way in the virtual world of Lyoko. He was pretty sure he was close, as he saw a grey pillar this glowing in read, that likely fit the description of "tower". It was then he heard minx's voice from the sky "through the monitor". He stopped and looked up.

 

"Minx, is that you? What are things like up there?!" asked Arti, before he continued forward, hoping to figure out how to stop the chaos that was happening.

The elevator reached it's destination, and Rush stepped out to find himself in a room with some sort of supercomputer, and two people he vaguely recognized from earlier who seemed to be using it to communicate with someone. Not knowing what else to do, he approached them.

"Alright, I'm really, really hoping you guys have a better idea of what's going on than I do, because right now, things aren't making a whole lot of sense to me."

"It's. Me." Minx stuttered. She figured that just talking would have to do. She peered at the screen and saw two green arrows. One was moving towards the other while the first green arrow tried to fight a red arrow. "It looks like you are nearly there. Take a right at the next intersection." Devilinx said. Minx just grimaced and answered his other question. "I don't know. What. It's like. I've been. Stuck. In the computer room. Remember?" Minx said sarcastically.

Minx didn't turn her head from the computer screen. "I don't know what's happening either. I'm just sort of going with the flow." Angelinx said.

Rush sighed. "Great. Well, what does this computer do? I assume something like this wouldn't be here if it wasn't important, and it seemed like you were using it to talk to somebody or something. I just want to know because if there's anything I can do to help fix whatever's going on, I'm on board."

"Is that another voice?" Asked Arti, as he took another right, "well if he can help, tell him some tube things down one floor can send him here, that's what happened to me."

 

Arti then stop and slid behind a tree suddenly, as he saw Codely, Dex, and two Tarantulas having it out infront of the tower not too far from him.

"On another note, I found the tower thing-y. Tell that guy if he can help, go right ahead. Otherwise, Minx and drunkard guy, try not to let the crazy fire hands lady get to you up there!"

 

Arti then began to think out his next move behind the tree, hoping the monsters didn't see him.

Rush nodded. "Alright, I don't know who that voice was, but it sounds like I can do something to help if I go down another floor, and, seeing as I'm not doing any good by standing around here being confused, I think I'm going to see if that's true." He turned to Whisper.

"What about you? I think you'll probably be safe for the time being if you stay here, but I certainly wouldn't mind your company with whatever it is I'm getting myself into, either."

(OOC: Well, I guess I'm gonna have to do a little godmod here to catch up. Hope you guys don't get mad at me for this.)

After taking care of the spiders, Thunder and Blitz made there way back down into some sewer passage. They then found a similar elevator and decided to take it. They arrived at the same computer room. "Whoa, we're back here again." Thunder stated. Blitz was following behind.

"You want to help? There are some tube thingies on the floor below us. Get in one of them, and I'll somehow get you into the computer." Devilinx said. She didn't turn her head the entire time she was saying it.

"Yeah. It's. Another voice. Don't. Worry. He's going to. Help." Minx stuttered before grimacing in pain. The electricity was still going through her body.

"Alright." Alphonse replied. "You do that, I'll stick on this and try to micromanage it all." He said, turning back to the monitor.

 

"As for things trying to kill you, I don't know if it actually kills you or just boots you out of the simulation or whatever. Either way, it would probably be a good idea not to get shot at. And my name is Alphonse, not 'drunkard guy'." He insisted.

Whisper had been in a pale shock and had just stared up at Rush every time he had spoken to her. All of this couldn't be happening. Did she bash her head on the way down the sewer?

 

"I can stay...I c-can help anyone w-whos hurt...if they n-need me" Whisper responded shakily. She had taken many courses in natural remedies, pharmaceuticals being way too expensive.

 

"Please be careful!" she flung her arms around his neck and hugged him. She didn't know what was going on exactly but she knew it was dangerous.

"Hmmm." Thunder stated looking around. he then saw a couple of open tubes. He then approached a person, who appeared to be talking to someone else. "Hey...do you remember how this thing works. It's been a long while..." Thunder stated. Blitz continued to look around.

The twins ran off leaving Katie alone. She had to stop them from shutting down the tower! Her anger was replaced by satisfaction when she realized she was free to do as she pleased. As long as the computer stayed on, and the kids didn't destroy her, she would be fine to take over the world. But she didn't know if Codely could stop the group alone. She would have to help. She jumped up to the rafters and relaxed, letting all the flames die. It was her job now, focus on the life force of the children below, and burn them up. Then destroy the scanners, Codely would rise again and destroy the ones in the computer, and they would be lost in the void of Lyoko, unable to return. One big blast would destroy it all. She just had to focus.

Rush tried to smile reassuringly. "I'll be careful, I promise. You take care of yourself too, alright?" Having finished speaking, he hurried back into the elevator and went down to the next floor, quickly running into the nearest one of the tubes and waiting for them to send him into.. whatever they were sending him into.

"Hi. Alphonse. I'm Minx. Devilinx and Angelinx" Minx introduced herselves. She turned her head to see a couple of boys run in. One of them asked her a question. She responded with, "Who. Are. You?" Minx stuttered. She had no clue as to who these boys are. She then fell down to the floor with a thud as the electricity in her body rose to unbearable levels.

"I'm Thunder." Thunder stated. "And I'm Blitz." Blitz said. "And we're twin brothers. We made are way down here after dealing with that crazy tarantula. So...any way we could help here?" Thunder asked eying those tubes that were able to send people into the virtual world.

Okay... Vincent was feeling preety useless at the moment. Everyone was running around... scanners... computers... towers... he was preety lost. He did understand one thing though: angry lady with fire powers probably should be taken care of. He ran inside, after the others, spotting the girl hopping up on the rafters."Erg, you gotta be kidding me! How high can you jump! And the fire! That's gotta e cheating!" He muttered, looking for something, anything, he could do. He blinked, spotting a nail gun laying abandoned nearby. "Huh... that'd work..." He muttered, firing up at the rafters as he ran around towards upper floors, trying to find some way up to the rafters... even clibing up pipes and half built parts of the factory. "Hey! C'mon! Come down here and fight like a man!" He shouted... unable to actually shoot the girl with the nails, just firing close, hoping to distract her from whatever the hell she was doing.

Whisper ran to Minx when she fell and lifted her head into her lap gently "I don't mean to burst into your space but if we don't fix it, your heart will stop."

 

She brushed some of Minxs' hair out of the way and began squeezing a pressure point "It'll feel like the world is spinning but I'm tricking your muscles to relax before you pull them all". She looked up and everyone "Do we have something to ground electricity??? Copper wire? Dirt...a potato?!"

"Why do I always get the difficult tasks?" Dex asked, getting a bit more angry. 'I gotta get into that tower.' he thought. if only I had a weapon of some kind.' As he thought that, his metallic hands started to glow red with his frustration. 'That could work.'

 

Dex punched outward and a ball of energy came flying out. toward a tarantula.

Life forces, tiny burning fires spiraled before Xana. He could feel them, panic, pain, fear. He locked on to them using Katie's powers (What she is able to do on Lyoko) but a voice made them fall away.

 

"Erg, you gotta be kidding me! How high can you jump! And the fire! That's gotta e cheating!"

 

"Hey! C'mon! Come down here and fight like a man!"

Xana scowled at the boy holding the nail gun and he made fire fly up around the child, that should hold him.

Than Xana jumped to a further rafter, out of the boys sight and into the shadows. He had to concentrate.

 

'The power is so hard to control!' he thought in frustration, he could do what he wanted, but it would be tough. If Xana went through with his plan his little fire bender would burn up with the magical effort, she would die. 'I'll just have to live with this' he decided, 'when the threat is gone I can find a new body, or just take Codely.'

 

He rammped up the energy, pushing Katie far past her limits, filling her head with trauma and fear and fighting against her breaking free. Then he began to glow, levitating in the air, buzzing with power. All he had to do was lock on and fire.

Minx shut her eyes as she felt someone pinch a pressure point. She began to feel like she took a spin on the Dizzy-Tron. Her whole body started to spaz at random moments. "Heart. Stop?" Minx asked quietly. She didn't want to die. Minx's moans began to grow until they turned into a scream. "MAKE. IT. STOP!" Minx shouted.

Arti watched in amazement as Dex fired the ball of energy. Realizing that that guy looked like someone dropped into the virtual world like himself. If his power is effective, then Arti's must be as well.

 

"Alright guys on the computer! Get Down here quick! I can help distract the monsters and other guy, but It would be easier with help!"

 

(So I suggest sending in Rush, and one or both of Thunder's brother characters.)

"Balls!" Said Arti, knowing he had to move now, "I'm going in!"

 

He quickly dashed around the left side of the tree, and charged right at Codely, hoping to catch him somewhat off guard and get a good hit with his new Spear-like sword. Though he hadn't used it before, it felt natural, so he was capable of doing some damage if he succeeded.
