I have Ragnarok Online II on my laptop now but I've yet to really start it up to play it beyond the first tutorial quest. Maybe someday...

Ahh FlyFF how long it has been since I played that xD If you get around to playing Ragnarok II you should share on how it is !

The only thing I can say about RO2 was that the character creation music was beautiful as hell. It gave me high hopes that it would be better than FlyForFun which had shitty generic music.

Indeed. Generic music plagues the modern game. Too much generic, orchestrated crap. Not enough experimentation.

That's probably a MASSIVE reason why I play osu!. You pretty much get any music genre and song you want if its available. I got a really large library of anime,pony/brony music, orchestra, instrumental, game osts, and pretty much everything you can think of

I have family that plays EVE. I tried it with a 14 day trial it was pretty interesting. Heard they have DJ channels and what not that but I guess I didn't notice that. One of the reasons if I were to join and fully play would be to do those massive fleet battles like what happened a few months ago.

EVE Radio is an out-of-game site... But yeah, as someone who was part of it (HAIL THE NAMELESS GRUNTS) I have to say that those epic fleet engagements are EPIC...

I beta-d FF 14: ARR. I gotta say I miss it every since my gaming laptop died :c,  I couldn't get into MapleStory O.o, Elsword was fun up to a point for me I would say after I did first job change, and Wartune looks interesting but it sounds like it would get boring.

I play GW2 and TERA the most out of that bunch, RIFT the least anymore.

 

I played Star Wars The Old Republic for awhile too, but it just wasn't as good as I had hoped. You could tell EA had their hands on it too much. If only it was pure Bioware... *lost in daydreams* After it went FTP, it's not worth it at all. They want cash for every little thing.

 

I gave up WoW years ago, basically right before the teddy bears came out. Played WoW from the very first beta until then, and nothing after BC was ever the same. The drama is what ultimately drove me away though. So now I tend to run solo, only joining guilds that people I know are in, and sadly missing out on a lot of the content hidden away in instances. Doesn't matter that much to me anymore though, I don't play any of those hardcore like I did WoW. I will say, after getting away from WoW long enough for the urges to no longer eat at me, my life felt so much better.

TERA was fun for the time I could play it and Guild Wars 2 I hear is great on all if not most fronts. The others I haven't tried

The controls feel great I love how it is, and I am going to make a Dragoon and jump to death on Odin, right now I have my Summoner and so far the only Fate I haven't killed Odin because of ZANTETSUKEN

If you're willing to spend hours playing it, then go for it. It's got tons of questing, dungeons, professions, a big world that's still expanding. Mounts, flying ones. I mean, it's not just a pick up and play game, you have to really invest a lot of time to make good progress. Leveling after about 60 starts to take longer. You might find yourself grinding a lot. If you were to play it, I'd suggest playing with a friend. I'd play more, but I don't really have a lot of time. I mean for $15 a month it's not bad, but like I said, you gotta be willing to invest time in it if you want to get anywhere without spending 2 months stuck at level 50.

ZANTETSUKEN... I played FF13-2 and had SOOOOOO much trouble fighting Shadow Odin because of that insta-kill/high damage attack and nice to know someone likes the controls must mean they are getting better at making mmos on consoles or the UI is just that good.

Yeah I heard you really have to invest in the game quite a lot. I heard WoW ended 2013 with still 7.7 million subscribers so i can understand it's still expanding.

Fuck Zantetsuken...I beaten it with my summoner though and I am close to becoming a Dragoon also so I may go after Bahamut or Ultima Weapon

I normally play Final Fantasy XI, but due to no job, it's hard for me to get back on so I'm just trying to get a job so I can get back to the game, catch up and update everything. Apparently What I need to do in Final Fantasy XI was to work on my relic sword, excalibur, do my farming, and catch up on everything including wings of the goddess missions. Of course My progress on excalibur has been slowing down cuz of my Friend who keeps dragging me out of the game and a lot of people in dynamis areas.

 

For now, I play Maple Story, but The only downside part of the game was pay-to-win. A lot of players in the game complained about that and not to mention hackers and no lifers roaming around in maple story as well. I can tell that those who level to level 200 in 1 day is a no lifer also taking advantage of their friends and other people that can use holy symbol from bishop and phantom and kishin shoukan from kanna to level faster.

Yeah the Maple Story community is like the Mabinogi community except there are few nice people. We have people that deck themselves out in the most expensive gear and most "fashionable" stuff. Fashionogis just sit in the main channel and sit there so everyone can gawk at them while they afk
