Freezia looked back at the crowd, who were still laughing at Muddle. But with one quick glare from Freezia they quit their laughing. Freezia crossed her arms. "Ugh, I hate bullies. why do they always have to be so rude?" she sighed.

@@Commander Tangent,

"Um...Solar? What is that, in your mouth? Are those...canines?" She tilted her head, not noticing the fuzzy brown bumps on the top of her head.

Solar looked over to her and tilted his head.

 

"Yeah.....dont we all have them though, I mean we....OW" He said as her ran his tongue over them, revealing sharp points on the tips of them.

 

They were larger than usual, and he also started to notice small strands of fur popping up around his body, but not enough for many others to notice at the time.

"This is so weird...I've been experiencing similar symptoms as well. I wonder what's wrong with us...I mean, for example earlier today I think I used echolocation trying to beat up Muddle's bullies." Freezia sighed but it sounded more like a squeak. She itched her head, but felt the two bumps on her head. "Oh my gosh...I think I'm growing ears!" Her eyes widened as she faced her friends, not knowing what to do.

"W-whoa........you are" Solar exclaimed, with a dog sounding yelp, as the same bumps were appearing on his head, with his normal ears  sinking into his skull. A small bulge comes out of the rear of his pants as a tail starts to appear and push against them, trying to get out.

"Guys, I'm so scared I...I'm..OW! Whoever is making that noise, stop it!!" She covered the sides of her head, trying to silence the noise. But panicked when she realized her normal human ears were gone. So she nervously lifted her hands atop her head and covered her newly sprouted ears. "I'm going to go find Starshine, to make sure she's OK. And...ahh! What is that itching on my back?! I'll be right back." 

Freezia ran away, not noticing that she was hovering just a few inches above the ground.

"Starshine!" Freezia squeaked once she found Starshine. "Star! Something weird is going on Me and a couple of my friends are growing things-" She gestured to her newly grown bat ears. "And craving things we shouldn't. Are you Okay?"

"Erm.......why dose everything smell so weird ? Like.....all these smells are fifty times stronger" Solar said with a clench of his nose. Suddenly he  yelped as  his ears appeared on top of his head and a bushy tail popped out of the back of his pants, swinging freely with some involuntary movements.
