For some reason, Kyoshi had become very depressed. The sadness and self hatred that he had felt before came back and he didn't know why. He felt alone and hopeless. He had a  light though, his special somepony. That was now gone too. Kyoshi was in a dark place. He had friends that he felt like he didn't deserve, he had family that he either hated or felt unworthy of. He felt hollow, empty.

 

How long he would feel this way was uncertain. He hoped that maybe life could get better, but for now, nothing was certain.All he could do was cry, but the tears were dried up.

Well done, Kyoshi. I like the instrumentation and the choice of what you were going for. I think that the mixing could be improved but other than that, it's a fine song. 7.5/10

Thanks for the compliment...I didn't exactly post it for a rating of any kind but it is what it is I suppose. I actually worked on this starting a few days ago and I would have done more, then Essy shattered me in two and my program was going into borked up mode, so I had to cut it short. I also did not do much finalization afterwards for the same reasons but I still think it is my best song by far regardless.

Use my music however you wish. Ironically some inspiration is from video game music so that would be neat.

It's a good listen. 

 

The percussion is a little too repetitive and it felt like it overpowered everything. It seemed like you put random synths and sounds behind the percussive beat, which felt sort of unorganized. It also felt like the hard power came in too soon. It needed some build-up time. Also I could hardly hear the piano at that one part.
