I'm actually reading a Deadpool/Batman/Spiderman fan comic right now called "World's Strangest", now that you mention it. xD

 

If you wanna go deeper, Batman could put innocent people in danger (knowing fully well that Spidey will save them, of course) to wear him out. Bats is definitrly not above doing that (and has done it before).

One other thing: Batman is a total badass while still going to ridiculous lengths not to kill. If this is a fight to the death, he won't have that restriction and will be able to go even more Batman on Spider-man's ass.
