It’s kinda funny how reliant we are on water for… everything. We’re physically made of water. We need to drink tons of water just to live. Our food has water in it and needs water itself to grow. We use water to make power. We use water to transport things. We swim in water for fun. We use water to cut things. Everything revolves around water. Which makes sense, all life evolved from the water and we live on a water planet. But still.

I wish my goals didn't bring about unhappy thoughts so much. I'm tired of being defined or known by my aspirations and not what I am. I've always since I was a kid been known for my aspirations, never for what I actually accomplished out of it. Like a fraud is how I feel and nothing will erase these last stupid years.

 

Any moment you're happy with or anything you're happy about, don't take it for granted; cherish it, because you could not have it.

And it has interesting properties – for instance it expands when it freezes, and can separate into positive and negative ions, which are what acids and alkalis are msde of, and which can then corrode things. Without water, no acid or alkali.
