How do I know who visits my blog?

I just wanted to know how I can see who visits my blog. I noticed that I can see that when I visit other people's blogs, but not when I see my own blogs.

Just add a block from the "Add Blocks" dropdown.

Well, I have to admit it's not the most obvious way of reaching the solution.
