Youtube MLP Trilogy [Hiring Staff] [Read Description]

Hello Everypony, I'm gonna divide this post into sections due to it being very complex.

 

[Hiring Staff] : Q : You may say Hiring Staff Shouldn't this be under comissions? A : No, Most of the stuff under this section is just volunteers willing to help, that's exactly what i'm looking for, BUT because I Intend this "trilogy" to be a big deal, It may generate profit, If it does generate profit I'll evenly divide the total sum of profit between all volunteers and helper's Via Gift Voucher on here, or Paypal. (This is to be discusses at a later point, do not comment regarding it.) However if it does not generate profit, then we did it for good fun, and you'll all be well known by the viewers (#InItForTheFame) I will be making a http://www.donationstracker.com/ Setup directly linked to my paypal, to track all profits so that you know whats going on.

[Advertising] : Q : How will this make any profit at all? A : I actually have a couple youtuber friends well known enough that have agreed to announce this trilogy to all their followers / subscribers... So a LOT of people will be watching this, and I'll be uploading the trilogy to MULTIPLE video platforms and money earning platforms (Youtube, Dailymotion, Vimeo...Etc) As well as creating a kickstarter campaign after the trilogy for a short film of this, now Minus the costs of making the film for kickstarter I will divide those profits between all volunteers as well. (IF we even succeed in this.)

[success Rate] : Q : How much of a chance does this even have to be a big deal? A : Well considering I have 3 relatively Influential friend willing to promote this, along with the fact that I'll be advertising it everywhere, and you volunteers can tell your friends / family... I'd say this has huge potential.

[Difference] :  Q : What Makes this any different from other my little pony fan creations? A : Each episode of the trilogy is going to be 30 minutes long and have huge production value making it almost as good as 3 episodes of the real show... With a twist...

I currently Have 2 Voice Actors, Myself [Producer / Editor] , 1 minor animator , and a Writer for the script.

Against C&D We already have that covered, none of the content in the series will be an infringement upon Hasbro Inc. It will all be fan made, music, voice acting, even down to character names, and yes it will be similar animation style just not the same. All of that is covered. Full Details of the project are undisclosed to the public in order to prevent idea theft etc. etc. However if you are sincerely interested submit a comment with the requested application details filled out, and I'll privately notify you further if your considered, and upon being accepted I'll send you a copy of the pre-prepared email containing all of the confidential details.

Art style is fantastic, and traditional format is just fine, as long as you fine tune it a bit more to make it actually seem like an AD, however for actual consideration I still need that application for formal purposes, because I'm going to snip and save all applications that I approve... again for the instance of Infringements of our own content.

Experience In Your Skillset : been drawing my whole life, been drawing ponies for 2 years.

What Makes You the right candidate for this?: My art style has been praised by many, and I know how to inject mood into something without forcing a feeling. Also, if I know one thing, it's advertising something I like.

Experience: I have 5 years experience of music production, and 1 year of audio engineering. I am an intern at a music studio close to where I live.
What makes you the right candidate for this?: Regarding my skillset, I can produce music, mix all forms of audio in-house to make it sound more professional. As stated above in the 'experience' section, I have knowledge first-hand on how projects like these work. If I am accepted for a position, I will review and know my role and perform to the best of my ability to assist in this project. I am not limited to just experience, but I can also give creative feedback on most areas of the project.

Although I'm not very comfortable singing in front of others, those that have heard me sing say that the lower ranges of my singing voice sounds exactly like Flutterguy, in case you want to do anything involving Poison Joke's effect on Fluttershy.

What Makes You the right candidate for this ? I can sit here for hours telling you all the good things about me. BUT, I could just be lying out my ass. What I will tell you is, that if I do get chosen for this, I will do everything in my power to have fun with this and do the best I can. I personally Think all three of you are perfect candidates for this project and would love you to be a part of our staff however, I'm respectful of all participants in this project so I have emailed a copy of each of your applications to each of the other current members of this project, they are currently "PENDING APPROVAL" as soon as I am notified by them I will tell you whether you are accepted or not, and If so I will send the Pre-Prepared information packet regarding the scripts, the type of music, what your roles will be, what you must complete and by when. And you, adorable shy flutterguy, We actually have a perfect spot for you if you can do the poison joke effect of flutterguy... That sort of deep soothing voice would be perfect for the voice acting of the narrator for the story! However as I said in my previous reply I need you to comment the application process for you to even be  eligible for this project. Question : Why do I need to fill out the application ?

Answer : I need to keep each application snipped and time stamped for the scenario in which somebody would steal something from our project once it is complete. That way if  someone did steal something I could submit a case file to the DMCA, with all applications, and rough drafts attached as evidence that we are the original owners and creators of this project.

Experience In Your Skillset : My acting career is probably somewhat lacking but I've been a huge fan a role-playing for almost all my life so I may not be too shabby. Been singing since I developed perfect pitch from playing piano. Started piano lessons at the age of 7, but quite just the lessons at age 11. Currently 23 so I've been singing for at least 10 years.

What Makes You the right candidate for this ? Like stated before I apparently can sound exactly like Flutterguy. But as far as I know I can only do it when I'm singing and it's more attuned to the season 4 sound compared to Pinkie Pie's Evil Enchantress song being sung by Flutterguy. But I always try my best no matter what it is I'm participating in.

Experience In Your Skillset : For education I have had 3 years in a acting/dancing/singing school and throughout those years I've had experience in voice acting, as well a year in music and singing production and composition and I'm currently in my second year of that. For experience, I have performed many times in front of a live audience with a range of voices, I have been drawn in as Queen Chrysalis in a different MLP Project, and other projects that were not MLP Related. 

What Makes You the right candidate for this?: I do have the experience and education in voice acting, and in a lot of other areas concerning production of animation. I'm happy to help out with anything in production, and I find this to be a pretty sweet opportunity as well.

Experience In Your Skillset : I have been singing since I was six years old, with a classical voice. I'm a baritone. As far as voice acting/narration goes, I've been hosting an internet radio show, as can be seen in the credits, for about five months now. Listen in sometime if you want to hear what I sound like in "narrator/radio host" mode. I'm also a voice actor in Tenebris Dawn, but they're still in the pre-production stage.
