So I am a fairly new brony, I have only been one sense August. But I have watched all the episodes and now I don't now what to do. How do you "keep the magic alive' as it were? What are ways that you can keep a healthy dose of pony in your life? Any help would be great, thanks!

We'll there are the comic books and also the GM Berrow books still. That would keep you busy for awhile.

Plus there is all the fan made stuff.

One of the better ways is definitely fan-made content. Between fanfiction, art, merch collecting (official or otherwise) and music you should be able to find lots of stuff to do as well as stuff that is still relevant by being updated often.

Spending time in MLP communities might help if that's your thing too.

You keep it alive by not letting it run your life :D Everyone jumps into the fandom totally obsessed, it feels like, but that won't last forever in 99% of the cases. Having other interests is not only a great way not to burn yourself out on FiM, but it's also healthy :D

It's the off-season, so if you want to keep the pony alive, turn to fan created content - there's plenty of it :D But maintaining other interests is vital so that way you don't burn yourself out on the fandom :D

You could start messing around in the CCG if that's your thing.  But yeah, just mix it in with your other interests so you don't overload.  Maybe roleplay if that's your cup of tea.

Blazphemy. Burning out on ponies is the greatest of crimes.

This is excellent advice too. Don't wanna burn yourself out on it so when you're on the off-season it won't be a bad idea to just not keep the pony magic alive and do other things. When the season is back on, then you can fanboy the hell out of it all.

That's how I do it. Off-season I don't really do much with MLP so when I am watching the show it's practically all I do.

As others have explained, focus on fan content and other hobbies. I've been getting burnt out on pony stuff too. You don't want too much over-exposure for too long or else you'll just get bored and abandon the fandom and show completely. Take your mind off everything for an extended period of time if even the fan content doesn't satisfy you

Watch plunty of PMV's (pony music videos), hang out on the forums and particpiate in a lot of pony realted topics, rewatch some of the older (or newer) Mlp episodes and get yourself some pony merch. And as some other guys here have said don't let it run your life.

I might be relatively new to the forums, but I'm not new to ponies!

I've been using the MLP:FiM app for the iOS which is entertaining enough that I won't forget about ponies in a hurry. Usually involves me going and checking it at least once a day!

I also check out Equestria Daily, about every 2 days, even if it's just for 2 minutes.

A lot of people like to rush through the episodes, but I prefer to take it slower.

Also, creating and viewing fan-art from time-to-time is a good way to pass the progress of the clock but still retain de magicks of friendship.  :derp:

Personally, I am going to re-watch the previous episodes. But I usually limit the amount of episodes I watch in a week.

It sounds kind of bizarre but It's like a difference of being fed pony intravenously over time, in contrast to taking a pony injection.

I'm more of a forumer, so visiting forums, as well as running a large pony club in another forum are ways for me to keep the fandom alive. Also, I reblog ponies on tumblr, view fanart, listen to pony music on youtube, and the more obvious, watch an episode or two every day because you gotta have your daily dose of ponies every day. :) It's not as much as it seems but it does "keep the magic alive".

That sounds like a great idea, just watch one episode or do one "pony" thing a day" that way i am not letting it rule my life but i get my ponies!

Right now I'm reading Fallout: Equestria, which is a huge fanfic that is as addicting as the show itself. So you could try that, or the countless other fanfics out there and YouTube videos and brony music, as well as, of course, re-watching past episodes.
