Hello, my little ponies! You may have noticed the banner change as we run this event a little tongue-in-cheek. That is because @StaryStory (the amazing artist of the banner and Silky illustration below) and I have a similarly strange sense of humor. "Be nice to each other -- OR ELSE!! " @StaryStory and I had been bonding for a while and completely amazed by our similarities! So -- by the power of new friendships blossoming -- and magic!! Let us begin! >:3 First of all! These two have put me through quite the adventure to tell for having shown me the meaning of friendships from far and wide while blooming new ones. So! In honor of new potential friendship blooming -- here is a new Admin event! gift for @ExplosionMare! Today we are going to be learning a little bit about healthy friendships, boundaries and how to bloom them. As they say, April showers brings May flowers. It is now June. So there are plenty of flowers. >:3 All through-out the rest of June and July... we shall be showing something similar to that of a "user appreciation theme." You will get a badge for this event but you may also earn a new friendship as a plus! But! There are just some rules to obtain here. Cultivating healthy friendships or blooming the seeds of potential new ones means respecting their boundaries! You will be offered some flowers below. Each flower will represent something. Try to scatter as many throughout the forums (in the form of a private message to people) with a genuine and authentic compliment you may have towards another user. But do not pressure them to respond, reciprocate or give you one back. This is not how this event works. It is very simple: Send them a private message with a flower. Its meaning and why you have offered it to them as a gift! It does not matter if it is an older user that says "inactive," or "active." Some users are lurkers and it simply says "inactive" as a courtesy to them. So, go crazy with the friendship is magic spreading! But remember, there is absolutely no obligation for them to reciprocate or owe you a friendship back. The main theme is to scatter flowers and kindness. Mental Health Awareness Beyond The Awareness Month A chance to share your stories and help promote the importance of mental health. Although Mental Health Awareness Month is traditionally held every May each year, we are setting up this thread for beyond that month. Because why not? After all, mental health is an ongoing thing for each and everyone of us throughout the entirety of our lives. Our minds are a constant companion. Our minds are there when we wake up and when we sleep. They are there when we work and also when we play. Also, our minds are there when we are with others and when we are alone. Our minds are always with us. And each and every mind is unique and individual with its own myriad of experiences. Hence why it is absolutely important that we look after our mental health and the mental health of others. Everybody who lives, has their inner demons. Internal conflicts brought about by bad experiences or circumstances that have shaped their lives in one way or another. These internal struggles can exist as echoes of the past in our memories from things like trauma and other bad experiences. Exist in the present moment as we navigate the stresses of ongoing ordeals be it through everyday living or disability. And even in the future, in the form of worries and fears of what that future might hold. There are things in our minds that can take us to dark places and make us contemplate decisions that one would not be able to return from. Or make us make terrible mistakes through lashing out because of emotional pain that one cannot shake off. It can be a personal hell. A room you want out of, but with no door or window in sight. With those mental struggles, we can find ourselves alone - even when surrounded by those we hold dear to us. There are often times where it can be frustrating when one speaks up about their mental and emotional struggles and finds that their words aren't reaching out in the way they desperately need them to be heard. Often unintentionally misinterpreted by those who are well meaning... Or generalized by those who half listen... Or dismissed with general social niceties expressing sorrow and no further thought beyond that... Then from more evil places, there are those who are maliciously mocked for their suffering... Or flat out not believed by those pathologically driven by ideologies to the point of persecution. Poor mental health can affect anyone and at any point in time. Brought about through uninvited circumstances and ordeals. Some of us in this life having been born with such ordeals through disability. It can be extremely lonely and suffocating. And this is where our own awareness can make all the difference. There is no one size fits all cure. But understanding and support goes a very long way towards helping those who are struggling mentally. It is important not to just stand on the sidelines, expecting those suffering in the darkness to crawl towards the light. But to step into the darkness ourselves and sit with those who are suffering in that darkness and being there with them through their pain. To not simply listen and say "I'm sorry" but to listen and say "How can I help? Show me how to understand." This has been a bit of a lecture on my part. But now, it is over to all those who are reading this. Whatever you are going through mentally or have been through. Be it through depression or some form of mental disability, this thread is for you to share your stories about your own mental health. From the general everyday stresses that you face, to those of you who are fighting far longer and severe battles. A chance to sit in the darkness together and share your experiences so that those around you can listen in the hope that they can come to understand. To become aware. Maybe to even help heal. It is also a chance to share stories about how you have overcome mental illness or such related struggles. A chance to share experiences that may also passively serve as advice for those who are suffering what you escaped from. Or even still keep at bay. And beyond this thread. I invite everyone to check in on your friends and acquaintances. To make sure that they are doing okay and to be there if they are going through hard times. Even if it's to lend an ear to listen or just give them some silent company to sit together to take away any loneliness they might be experiencing. Although a heavy topic. I sincerely hope that it brings out a lot of good, and promotes awareness of the importance of maintaining mental health and helping those who are suffering due to mental illness. Your minds are forever a companion. Love them and look after them.

It was initially released in May 2023 during the Winter Wrap Up Event, came back a year later during the Shimmering Equinox Event, and now, once more, it's time to have some fun again, with new songs to play! Play both songs on any difficulty, and submit your results in this topic, by attaching screenshots or photos of your screen in your reply. Thank you for supporting the game! 💛 There were more songs mentioned, but it took me a long time to polish the game overall, so for now I selected only two. Also these songs are in their full glory! I've listened to your feedback and didn't cut songs to make them shorter. You can blast pony songs on full volume and sing along! ...and nothing too crazy besides that I suppose. I improved some core parts of the game and added plenty of quality of life improvements. Probably most of these changes will be overlooked, but it's all thanks to the little details, that make the game prettier. It turned out, that due to my oversight, the controls were CASE-SENSITIVE. This meant, that enabled CAPS-LOCK could prevent input from being recognized. I have adjusted the key-bindings to be CASE-insensitive. Instead, the difficulty is represented by its background color LAYOUT CONFIGURATION Note Speed setting now accurately represents the actual Speed multiplier. The default is x1.0, and it can be adjusted from x0.5 to x2.0, which realistically means from half to double speed. Previously, due to how Speed was originally programmed, it used to display a rather arbitrary value to more or less visualize the difference, but it never meant the actual multiplier, hence why the default was x1.9. In this version, how the Speed is calculated was reprogrammed to allow accurate, user-friendly configuration Potentially Asked Questions Q: Do I have to download the game? A: No, it's playable inside MLP Forums. Just keep in mind, that the game will have to load assets, notably music tracks, that might weight a bit. Refreshing the page will require the game to load assets again, and the process may vary between browsers/devices. Typically files should be cached by your browser into your local storage to avoid having to redownload them, but there are factors, that may affect this. Q: The game broke, what should I do? A: Refresh the page, and if possible, please reply here to let me know what happened, so that I can look into it. Q: What if the game gets stuck at loading resources? A: If it gets stuck on "loading music" without displaying any in-game errors, close the game and try again few minutes later. Generally, the first time you run the game, it should load the files without problems. However, if you refresh the page and attempt to load assets multiple times in quick succession, the server MLPF is run on may refuse to provide music files, and constantly refreshing the page will not help. This is something I haven't figured out a workaround for yet. Q: I entered the Gameplay Screen, but nothing is happening, what to do? A: The game is unplayable if relevant song file cannot be played. Given it's a rhythm, music-focused game, the timing and some of the game functions rely directly on song files and their parameters. If the song doesn't play, the map attached to it can't be played properly. This may happen, when for whatever reason the game went through the loading screen even if the files weren't properly provided by the server, OR when music files stop working in the middle of session (maybe your browser freed these from memory or something). You can try to choose another song that still works, or refresh the page to reload all files. Because it's a browser game, and there are plenty of browsers that behave differently, and also because the game loads files from the server I have no control of, unfortunately I cannot guarantee bug-free experience despite my best efforts. When I play the game locally during development, such problems don't occur. With warmer days ahead of us, that can only mean one thing. Summer is back! That’s right! Which means it’s time for more fun summer activities likes sports, games and more! Aww yeah! I can’t wait to get back into races against the Wonderbolts or even playing buckball with Applecjack, Pinkie, Fluttershy and Snails. Even chillaxing with a good book or spending time with friends to keep cool from the heat. Especially when getting to spend time with Tank and reading some good old Daring Do! However, Summer isn’t just about having fun in the sun or chillaxing indoors. June is also the time of year to celebrate Pride Month! With what this month represents, I'm reminded about my Element of Harmony being Loyalty. The times I was tested by my element, just like when I had to stand up to Spitfire and the Wonderbolts. Both during my time at Wonderbolts Academy as a reserve and even during the tryouts for qualifying for the Equestria Games. Both times I remembered staying true not only to my friends, but also to myself! To be both loyal and true to yourself, while having the support of your friends and allies in the Pride Community! Which is why I want to celebrate the month of June for Summer, sports and for the Pride Month! What up, my Pippsqueaks!? This is Pipp Petals! coming at you live once again at MLPFourms! Wishing you a happy, warm and beautiful July! Now that we're in our second month of summer, there's plenty of time to have all the fun in the sun! I'm talking about beach trips, exciting and exotic adventures, enjoying the beautiful flowers, and even summer sports and other fun activities! Just thinking about everything sounds so GORGEOUS~! However, it's not just these reasons that make July special! There are holidays, such as Fourth of July, Canada Day, National Ice Cream Month to be celebrated and enjoyed! On the Norther and Souther Hemisphere, July can have different representations that I think can be celebrated. From the height of summer to growth and abundance, to reflection and meditation. Reflecting on how far we've come since my sister, Zipp and I met Sunny, Izzy, Hitch and Misty. To my growth as a streamer and the abundance of friendship and love I have for my friends and to my Pippsqueaks. To me, I feel that a lot has happened this year. Lots of discoveries, trying new things and discovering more about oneself is what makes the experience all the more fun! Which is why I want to celebrate July as a time for not only fun, but a month of growth and reflecting on how far we've come, so far. There will be many fun and exciting events to be had for my lovable Pippsqueaks and everypony else to take part in! Here's to an amazing July and a continuously fun Summer, everypony!

Heya, everypony! Your Super Duper Party Planning Pony, Pinkie Pie is back! Here to wish you all a Happy April!! With the month of April, means that we have another month of nice and warm weather! Not only that, but we have another month of Super, Special, Awesome Parties!! As Ponyville's personal party planning pony, I'm so, so, so excited to plan as many fun surprises for you all!!! I remember last year when I tried to talk to Discord about bring April Chocolate Rain showers for May. I wonder if I could make it rain cake frosting this time. Sort of like when I put the confetti in the oven and the cake batter in the confetti cannon. However! It's not just a time to celebrate or to party it up with parties galore! It's a time to spread laughter and to bring laughters to all of our friends! Which is why I want to celebrate the month of April once more as a time for joy, laughter, fun and smile, smile, smile!
