    My friends and I were sitting around doing nothing during Spring Break. While I was playing a video game on my labtop behind me two of my friends decided to watch an episode or two of MlP:FiM. I was bored so decided to log off and join them. I sure am glad I did because I instantly fell in love with the show.

    Furiously writing a Metaphyisics paper I left until the last minute.

    My most epic moment in gaming was playing the last level of Starfox on Nintendo 64. I was careless and lost almost all my health such that one more hit would kill me. I was very careful and still beat the level having avoided all subsequent hits.

    My favourite is Twilight Sparkle. She is very relatable to me as I suspect she is to anypony who is a hard working student at any university. Also, the relationship between her and Princess Celestia is tantamount to the one between me and my favourite professor.

    I have been listening to this as part of a long Tchaikovsky binge while I write my Metaphysics paper I just started that is due later today

    I agree completely, this being what I did. When ones hidden bronyhood is brought to light one is made an object of ridicule. But, if when anypony asks me what I am planning over the Winter Break and I say "I am going to rewatch MLP:FIM from episode one" they (usually) will keep their snide remarks to themselves. Why? Because I have shown to them that I don't care what they think anyhow (regarding snide comments). Also, due to this new-found confidence a coworker of mine said he wants to try out the show, stating that ‘if I am so open about it it must not be adequate cause of shame.’

    If anypony here is familiar with California’s recycling laws they are pretty top notch. More states (here being used in the broadest sense of that word) should adopt such policies.

    It seems to me like she never meant any real harm at any moment, her chief flaw being excess of pride. For some reason the fact that she referred to herself in the first person during the apology made me think her sincere. Now that I think about it that may not be adequate proof, but that is how I think of it.

    Thanks, and one would hope. The thing about Twilight Sparkle is that she is so very easy to identify with for any student who has one professor whom they hold in high esteem.

How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: I was curious after seeing so many pics on the internet, stumbled upon an episode, and fell in love with the show. Hello everypony! I am new to this forum and hope to find a happy home here. I have heard that Brony communities are some of the best around (which I hope is the case because bronies are sure looked down upon here at the university). I look forward to running headlong into some threads.

    It was easy when I started because my two friends already were bronies. But when I started to tell people outside my circle I quickly realized that Bronies are no accepted at the university level. What I remind others and myself is that person for whom I watch My Little Pony is myself and not them. If I watched it for the sake of others then perhaps I would feel shame, but as that is not the case I am a brony and the entire program knows it! I would like to note that it took a while to get to this point.
