  1. Holy-I imagine someone running or leaping alongside the car too! Wow this is a strange thing isn't it XD Hah I just mentioned that in my own post, wow...yeah I do this as well!
  2. Welcome! I love the word Bodacious so I already approve!
  3. I can't stop biting my nails. If I hurt my foot, I need to hurt the other one in the exact same way and amount of pain (to an extent) so that it "balances out". I also used to have a tendency to clear my throat with a little growling "scrrum" sound, which flares up from time to time whenever I feel ticklish in the throat.
  4. And let's not even talk about THE MOST AWKWARD DINNER SESSION IN THE WORLD SERIOUSLY WHY IS THE CHICKEN BLEEDING-OH MY GOD I KNOW WHY IT'S BLEEDING OH YOU SICK WOMAN I won't say what actually happened but it LOOKED like something related to women.
  5. One definitely underrated videogame soundtrack for me is Live-A-Live, an obscure SNES RPG which was also one of the first projects of Kingdom Hearts composer, Yoko Shimomura. Even if it's not a long RPG, it has a wonderfully varied soundtrack that covers many genres, from to to . Definitely one of her finest and most varied soundtracks. Another more recent soundtrack I absolutely fell in love with is Sonic Generations. Every single level has a fantastic spin that I absolutely love. I won't link any examples because I honestly cannot pick just one, but suffice to say it is a glorious soundtrack of magnificent remixes. The 3DS version has its OWN levels and remixes and only adds all the more to its glory. If there's one group of people whose quality never fade in Sonic Team, it's the composers.
  6. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xeCwx_lPgwE Definitely one of my favourite pieces from the series, for being one of the only two original pieces made for the arcade game.
  7. Thank you, I hope you have a nice day too! And also, welcome!
  8. Welcome Arashi, I'm new here too! ...your name's rather familiar though, is it named after a particular character or?
  9. Jokuc, I love you for that. And welcome PSP! I loved your Dissidia games <3
  10. ......welp I am a moron. I'm sorry the pink confuses me, I'll fix that now! XD
  11. It probably helps that since it was his great-grandfather who first made deals with the Apple family to sell the Zap Apples in his business, he learnt the importance of the Zap Apples and the respect they deserve including all the rituals, just as the Apple family do, thereby giving him the humility to prevent being a rich snob and actually make the personal effort to continue such transactions, even after his business is booming. Remember he had that presentation when he was in the school class talking about how his business was doing extremely well? That was BEFORE the Zap Apples were ripe and before he got them. Yet he still makes the transactions and treats the Apple family respectfully, knowing that he owes his family wealth to them. Diamond Tiara's just never worked a day in her life (as far as we know) and therefore doesn't appreciate the whole thing as much as Applebloom, her father or Granny Smith do. After all, she was apparently clueless about the Zap Apples. Hopefully, if she actually does become part of the business, she will learn to respect it all the more, and not be such a brat.
  12. OOPS, SORRY THE BANK'S IN THE NEXT TOWN OVER Now I'm just imagining the entire incident like one of those "Downloading is illegal". YOU WOULDN'T RAID A HOUSE YOU WOULDN'T STEAL FROM HIS FRIDGE WHILE WATCHING MEGA MAN YOU WOULDN'T ROB HIM OF HIS TURKEY LEGS AND THEN BLOW UP HIS HOUSE ANYWAY AND THEN DO IT AGAIN FIVE TIMES YOU WOULDN'T EVEN WAIT FOR THE POLICE TO ARRIVE AND THEN STEAL THEIR WHEELS AND THEN SELL THEM ON THE BLACK MARKET Piracy, is an illegal CRIME.
  13. YES YES IT IS Remember when you tried to rob a bank THREE TIMES?! That game was way more fun than ANY Grand Theft Auto game, ever.
  14. O hai bro :3 thanks for showing me this place!
  15. Woah woah woah...there was a shooting game called Tekken? ...that is totally new to me, I must know about this now. As for obscure games I personally love: Treasures of the Deep (PS1) - A kickass game that starts out like a normal treasure-hunting game underwater for secret treasures, but then takes a huge twist into stopping a mad scientist from melting the polar ice caps. Live-A-Live (SNES) - An obscure RPG by Squaresoft of seven heroes across human history that was never released outside of Japan but translated into English by ROM hackers. Finished it four times now, STILL love both it and the soundtrack. The Misadventures of Tron Bonne (PS1) - A spin-off of the Mega Man Legends games following the crazy exploits of the Bonne Pirates. Immensely fun and crazy-awesome. The Parodius series - a shooter series by Konami parodying their own Gradius series. Incredibly Japanese in its humour with GLORIOUS soundtracks that are remixes of both public domain songs and Konami game music. Special faves of mine are Gokujou Parodius on the SNES/PS1/Arcade, and Sexy Parodius on the PS1/Sega Saturn/Arcade. The Fatal Frame Series (PS2) - Not HUGELY obscure but certainly underrated ghost-hunting survival horror that freaks me out IMMENSELY because I'm scared of ghosts, but at the same time thrills me with its ideas. And finally Hogs of War (PS1) - An RTS strategy game parodying World War II, with six national teams played entirely by pigs trying to reach the Isle of Swill. Immensely fun, gruellingly challenging and somewhat offensively-funny (but every country is made fun of so it's okay and not picking on any ONE specific nation).
  16. My favourite subject in High School was definitely Biology. Everything just clicked together in the right place for me on that subject. Also Religious, Moral and Philosophical Studies, really enjoyed the philosophy and morality stuff a lot, especially when we got into Jung. Worst subject I did academically had to be Math, absolutely abysmal but somehow managed to not fail and get a respectable average grade. English was kind of middle of the road. It was awesome in my 3rd/4th years because of the creative writing, but I hated the critical analysis and reading plays. Then when I became a senior in my 5th/6th years, you didn't do creative writing anymore and it was ALL critical stuff. It would have been worse if my teacher wasn't an awesome old guy with the patience of a saint. The subject I absolutely hated the most however was French, for two reasons. Firstly, I'm half-deaf, the recordings were horrendous and impossible to hear, and I actually got a failing grade in Listening. Secondly, probably for that reason, I was bullied IMMENSELY in French. It was kind of everywhere in bits and pieces, but in French it was unbearably bad and I broke down a few times in that class alone.
  17. Watching YTPs on Youtube, because I'm a moron who's easily entertained XD
  18. I like Filthy Rich a lot because now we realise that Diamond Tiara is mean by nature, not by nurture. He's a successful businesspony, yet he treats others with respect as we saw from his dealings with Granny Smith (even to the point of willingly involving himself in her strange rituals like smacking the cooking pot on her head with a spoon), plus the fact he told off his daughter for not wanting to do the same. He seems a fine southern gentlecolt.
  19. I think it's fair for me to welcome you to the forum too! Even if we just barely started ^ ^ thanks for saying hi to me, so hello to you too :3
  20. OOOH A Canadian! Awesome, I love Canadians! They're the coolest so it makes sense you'd be the coolest pony of all :3
  21. Thank you Arylett! I admit this is actually my twitter avatar but I guess I'll keep it this way thanks to your comment! The avatar is of my raptor character, who is himself named "the FinalGamer", or rather it's a nickname he's trying to make XD But thanks again for the kind hello, you're cool ^ ^
  22. Welcome to the forum SirSilentPony! I just joined up myself but wanted to say hi and all ^^ OOH I'm 20th in this thread, is that a good thing?!
  23. How can I refuse someone who loves Fluttershy that much <3 sure we can!
  24. Hey there everypony, my name's FinalGamer, I'm 24 years old and I'm a passive brony who was missing the community spirit of a good forum. Friend of mine told me about this place, so I wanted to come in and have a look around. I'm from Scotland, been into the show since the first episode came out thanks to another friend and passively into the fandom. I love the art, I read a few of the stories, though I don't really follow any podcasts or radio shows, but I do follow a few game projects I can't wait to see finished! I'm a writer...or trying to be, currently working on my own character's stories but I admit the one or two inevitable rejections from EqD and Ponychan have helped me a lot in learning to be better, or at the very least adapting different writing structures. And before you ask, Applebloom is best pony, followed very closely by Fluttershy, for me that is ^ ^;
