  1. I must echo both JU88 and Yellow Diamond in that I am thankful you shared this with us. I am sure had I had the opportunity to have met not only her, but your whole family (perhaps at a convention) I would have enjoyed speaking with you all. There is no doubt in my mind that she was and will always be a wonderful person. Reading all of this well and truly does make me wish I had met you all at a convention.

You have always been somebody I have admired (albeit I rarely voiced such) and I am most sure you will always honor her and her legacy will live on not only through you but your kids as well.

I must also thank you again for the great deal of insight and advice you have shared with me. Thank you.

You will be in my prayers and if there is anything I can ever do, do not hesitate.

  2. A lot of these sort of pseudo "reality" shows do appeal to the ego boost.

    -"Hah, look at this weirdo"

-"Wow, that person is really stupid!"

    -"I'm pretty normal/smart!"

In regards to Jake/ACRacebest (I think that is him is it not?) has always given me a chuckle from time to time.

  3. Wasn't there an order within Punishment/penal battalions to shoot if they started fleeing since being in such a battalion meant you were expected to die via suicidal missions any way?

Yes, Penal Battalions were a thing, they usually consisted of those who tried to flee or had committed a similar act to be punished. Another example would be the "revenge" rape of German women when the Red Army entered Germany. Higher ranking officers knew this was a crime, but would also turn the local populace against the occupiers and it would lead to a lack of discipline. Penal Battalions were not necessarily sent on "suicide missions" per-say, but they were sent to higher risk areas. Generally a soldier served a month in such a battalion and then returned to his normal unit.

      • Do you get any sort of satisfactory feeling from that new (selfie/status update/tweet/post) you just put up?
      • Do you spend a majority of your time (checking social media/searching the internet/watching videos online)?
      • Do you feel like your life could use improvement in one way or another?

It largely depends on the post, most are casual, but my more well thought out ones I do find some satisfaction in, especially when someone brohoofs it.

    • No, I spend most of my time At school and work, but I still manage to squeeze in more time on the internet than I should.

    • There is always room for improvement, right now it's time management for me.
