      easy, just take a lot of cupcake batter, and I mean A LOT. Then form it into an oval shape just big enough to fit through.

       

      Line the inside of the Oval with sprinkles, glitter, and sugar.

       

      Then paint three rocks, one with Celestia's cutie mark, one with Luna's, and one with a rainbow.

       

      Strike all three together, causing a spark to light the portal on fire.

       

      Now just step through!! :3
