New responsibilities and missions await the Elements of Harmony...so just relax. Sunset Shimmer looks promising, maybe she will become canon. SHE BETTER NOT OVERSHADOW RARE OR AJ! I would not mind seeing 7 main characters, but instead we'll only see 6. (Now with 6) Screen Time: RD, Twi, Pinks, Flutters> AJ and Rare (Possibly with 7) Screen Time: RD, Flutters, Sunset Shimmer, Pinks, Twi> Rare and AJ I'd rather stick with six characters in hope that AJ and Rare will eventually be redeemed...at some point.

Noooo anything but Dash becoming more caring and compassionate! For Scoots sake, hmmm I guess if its for Scootaloo an exception can be made.

Sonic Rainboom The episode is a instance classic. 3 of my(non-Brony) friends actually enjoyed this episode, and 2 became closet Bronies.

"Twilight Sue" is Twilight Sparkle, the user calls her "Twilight Sue" to signify the equality gap between the Mane 6. The name "Twilight Sue" is a combination of Mary Sue and Twilight Sparkle.

Plausible, maybe. Why? Well, if you remember Rarity did have a time gap between her receiving her wings and meeting RD and Flutters. She could have possibly practiced we don't know, so I wont go jumping on auto-magic information (see what I did there, lol). Twilight situation is totally different, she received her wings at the end of the day. We can also assume she's beat from saving ponyville (again) and friends from sudden disaster. Twilight would be hitting the hay pretty hard meaning no practice. Same story in the mourning...as to prepare for a ceremony last minute. Rush rush rush busy busy busy unable to practice. Now maybe her and Rarity did gain information (which I doubt, but that's just me) or practice makes perfect and Twilight disobeyed the laws of Junior Speeders Camp. I go with the latter...

Aren't you overreacting just a little. I don't think anyone enjoyed how "rushed" the episode felt, but "mind-numbing crap"? The writers did a phenomenal job cramming that huge plot into a 22min episode. Using songs to speed up the development without losing the viewer while creating many questions without answers was clever. But pandering? I have to ask, where?

They didn't necessary spoil it, so to speak. What does Twi's spell do? I surely do not know... Mare Mayor is the sole ruler of ponyville! Dont you forget it! She worked long and hard for that title. Unable to wrap up a single winter on time, you think thats easy?

No I expected this, there no way you can fit all "meat" inside a 22min episode with 2 tremendous events. Thus the song was used as a filler to speed up the process of story telling. (which I thought was very clever). This was a focus/setup episode for Princess Sparkle, it did a wonderful job addressing the key points with all that "fluff".

Yes the Cutie Mark switching was my favorite part. But the goal really was Twi becoming a princess, so all else was cut to a minimum.

Indeed it was a bit rushed, two mind-blowing plots in 22mins? But the episode kept a nice pace to it...

Why rate it so low? I believe it severed its purpose..of course it leaves speculation, but that was the goal all along.

Twilight created a spell, if you want to say that..because she finished Star-swirl's spell. I still have no clue what it does, but maybe more is to be developed in season 4. The songs sped up the episode in which they could fit Twilight becoming a princess. Again there could be more problems that underlie the spell... we must wait for season 4 for the answers.

The episode did all it could to make Princess Sparkle entry a smooth one. Not much can really be done when an idea(not so good) is sprung on writers last second. Especially when cramming two episodes into one. I do agree as do many of us enjoyed the plot of Cutie Marks switching. The best thing is...WE HAVE NO IDEA!
