You know, I am impressed with how cute and adorable those two outfits are. I think most girls would look good wearing them, not just humanized Pinkie Pie.

Metal Gear is a long-running video game franchise (you younguns! I remember when it was Metal Gear on the NES and there was no "Solid" yet, that didn't come until later!) and its main character is Solid Snake. Well, later in the series, he looks like this: See a resemblance to future Twilight? Try to please everypony and you wind up pleasing nopony. Your opinion is valid and respected. What I really want to talk about are your unequal pupils (anisocoria!). Did you get that from trauma to the left one? It all depends on how much she cross-fixates. But you are right, very likely one of the eyes has amblyopia as cross-fixating and using each eye exactly equally is unlikely. You would basically have to test the best corrected vision of each eye separately to find out. And yes, she does lack depth perception - I can guarantee you that. While amusing, if her derpy eyes were from trauma, poor Derpy would be in big trouble. Such a misalignment from trauma would likely occur after an orbital fracture. Two possibilities - large fracture with displaced orbital fat would eventually lead to enophthalmos or sinking in of the eye or she could have a moderate-sized fracture but with muscle entrapment. If one of the eye muscles gets stuck in a fracture, the tugging would cause unstable blood pressures and the muscle could die off. In the above scenario, Derpy would be getting an orbital CT. I am pretty confident Derpy is not derpy-eyed from trauma because, like thyroid eye disease, she would then be seeing double and have bad headaches.

Yes, and I am sure the target audience has watched/read lots and lots of sci-fi. For children, this show might be their first exposure ever to cerberus, minotaurs, manticores, hydras, stable time loops, etc and I think that's awesome.

Their voices... so if you were getting "busy" with one of the voice actresses (assume for this hypothetical that none of them are in any conflicting relationships and would be open to getting busy with a brony), would you find them more or less sexy if they suddenly started using their pony's voice? Derpy's eye condition mostly matches congenital/infantile esotropia which often also has vertical deviations. Since she would have had this as a filly, Derpy would be used to this in a way. If an adult suddenly had their eyes turn like hers (which happens with thyroid eye disease), they would have double vision and headaches. Derpy likely has very poor depth perception but she does not have double vision. Visual acuity may still be good in each eye if she cross-fixates (meaning she uses her left eye to look right and her right eye to look left). We have seen doctors in Equestria - where's the pediatric ophthalmologist?

Well, in Appleloosa they use apple pies as weapons. Karate exists (I am still waiting for a Chuck Norris pony) since the cutie mark crusaders tried it out for their cutie marks. Scootablue (a background pony that looks like Scootaloo in the classroom) has a bow and arrow cutie mark so archery exists (though I would love to see how an earth pony pulls that off with hooves).

Heh heh, I laughed. Though I am not sexually aroused by the ponies (or that video), bedroom eyes in general are sexy. I think I am just programmed to have my heart skip a beat when something gives me a look like that. While being dressed like that did not make them more sexy (to me anyway), I'll admit I am more likely to talk to a girl cosplaying a pony just because we have a common interest. I know some Bronies have criticized this (guess they are concerned Tara sees us all as cloppers) but I like to think it was all in good fun. Yes, Twilight is making sexy eyes but come on, it isn't like she is naked! She is wearing a saddle...

Hmm... but do you like her because she is cute to begin with or... do you like her more because she made the effort to look like Applejack? I guess I am testing whether or not dressing up as the ponies makes girls sexier.

Ha ha, my thoughts and point exactly. Donning pony wigs just isn't enough, at least not for me. But in the end, everypony has their own personal tastes and ideas of what is or is not sexy. I do not judge.
