    I just did, yes . Get yourself an Orion Dobsonian, 6” or 8” aperture. It’s all about aperture. I have a Powerseeker 5” but I think I could have a much better one… that doesn’t get the azimuth/elevation knobs jammed. Who’s your idol?

    Who is “ours?” Our favorite is actual fall weather (ya know, 50-60s). But hotter weather is good for being in the pool or the beach too. Have you seen Saturn’s rings before?
