10am if I’m at work or not working, because it means I either have the whole day ahead of me, or I’m halfway through my shift. 10pm too but when I have the next day off after work, because I’m usually settled in after work.

Oof. You shared plenty . I hear ya. I'd rather downgrade my position sometimes but I can't move back down. Sink or swim :U . Plus I get too many high marks from management to think I'm not doing well enough. Do wish I could improve faster though. I hope for you that it'll make more sense sooner than later . Is it a lot of math?
