If you have a concussion, all you can do is wait the pain out. I've been there before.

(Continued): not, sleep would help. I just needed someone to wake me up every 4 hours to check on me. So, I slept at after-Prom, lol.

If its a headache, I'd recommend drinking tons of water or gaterade.
