    Photoshop? For vectoring? Possible yes. Good for it? No. You would be better off with Adobe Illustrator (Which unlike Photoshop is a dedicated to vectoring).

    Ok I wasn't sure as you used the nose style for female ponies.

    Adobe Illustrator (Pen tool is in Adobe Illustrator) It's easier to get the colours right in Illustrator than Photoshop. Gimp cannot actually make Vectors.
