      Nah, it’s a bit lower near the duodenum.

      Dx: duodenal ulcer co. Iron def. anemia (likely slow hmrg)

      Tx: referral out to attending GS/Int.S for partial resection HRMC/ RUSH no aspirin or NSAID.
