I've heard exercising intensely helps, even if it's just for a minute or so.

Nice, soft music and a darkened room can help me.

Well I'd say some heavy excersise too. You see, stress is all caused by a high adrenaline rate over a long period of time, while doing nothing to release it. From what I've heard just running somewhere like crazy should help relieve a good bit off stress. But you should also take on what caused the stress in the first place (easier said then done probably) so you won't end up stressed again.

Rest well.

Basically it was a rollercoaster of feels... some very happy moments and also some not-so-very-happy moments. Blurrrrrggggg.

My sympathies then. As Miles said give yourself a well deserved rest my friend.

@Junnabun Not that I can blame you, another forum I visit has a similar section, and I felt the same way about it. Heck, it's not even visible on the public forums. You have to ask permission to get to it.

I can deal with a little bit of snarky and condescending in small doses, what drives me nuts about that place is that for any side of an issue only the lunatic-fringe seem to show up. The My Little Pony fandom seems to attract a lot of people with "interesting" viewpoints.

That action sends a very unfortunate message.

By the way, have you ever heard of "Capitol Music"? Probably not, I think it's just a local thing; it's got band T's, a bunch of music, old video games and consoles, and even instruments.

Ahh, yah, it seems there are still some intermittent problems occurring here for a few people.

The problems have been going on for about a week now, though they've been slowly fading.

Hopefully sooner than later, it should be getting back to normal.

I am horrible at small talk IRL. I just stand there and take everything as literal and analytical as possible, and in turn create bluntly honest answers. And then I don't ask them anything back, because I have no clue what to say. Them: "How was your summer?" Me: "Good." *Thinking to myself: if they wanted more they should have asked "what did you do" and not "how was" this summer*

Thanks for the comments guys. I was at a wedding last night around a bunch of my boyfriends acquaintances who I don't know very well. In Nebraska they always want to small talk about football. Everyone was like, "what's the score of the game?" And I was just like OMG IDK I DO NOT WATCH SPORTSSSSS. It was awkward. Once everyone had a couple beers though, the night got much easier XD
