Hi there, everyone!
In case you all missed it, I just want you to know that I might not be around for most of this week.
I am going in for a dental procedure; I am getting a crown put on a tooth that has been wearing away. And even if the dentist gives me an all clear after it's done, I still want to take a few days to recover.
So don't be disappointed if I don't reply to status updates, post messages here on the forum, or act less than my usual active self.Wish me luck, and I'll be back before you know it.
Take care, my crowd.

Thank you all for the well-wishes. I'm still in pain, but I am recovering as we speak. I hope to return to active status soon.

Hello there, my crowd! Welcome to my Weekly Musings: Red Edition.
[I ❤ JAPAN] -- [I ❤ THE COLOR RED] -- [I ❤ CELESTIA]
Feel free to leave a song request. Your song will eventually be featured in a future Weekly Musings entry!
Hello, my crowd!
Let's get ready to shine.
Since it's been a couple of weeks, I have things to get you caught up on. Namely, my birthday, which was on the 11th. It was so fun! And since it fell on a Saturday, it made it easier for my family to be there to celebrate with me.
I got many nice things. I got multiple new shirts, a new pair of brown pants, a black apron, a gift card to a sandwich restaurant I've never heard of, a new 1TB passport, and two desserts. I also bought myself a new hat, which will be shipped to me soon.
I also recently got a hair cut. The stylist cut it a little too short this time. But I guess too short is better than not short enough?
Also, I am trying to marathon One Piece right now. No reason, just felt like it.
I may make a post about it tomorrow just so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle, but I will be taking some time off to focus on a dental procedure I am about to have.
Zeztz 06: Mechanical Messes!
I am not sure what is more interesting, the fact that we're getting a Nem-focused set of episodes this fast, or the fact that the MOT2W is actually a giant living prison! The CGI budget continues to impress me every episode. Yet as the episode ends on an ominous visual, I can't help but wonder what is coming next. Nem's photos are not in a shrine, but even so...
Zeztz 07: Multiple Cases!
Wow; this episode addressed everything I was wondering about and then some! I am a little sad that Nem's "father" isn't going to try and reconnect with his ex-wife, if just for Nem's sake alone. However, it solved the mystery exactly as I hoped while showing Baku taking on his own personal mission. I wonder if this will affect this relationship with his sister. And I am just going to say it now, of all the variations we've seen, I'd say Projection is truly Technolom's ultimate form.
That's it for now, my crowd.
Take care, and stay clean.
I probably shouldn't feature this, but it's hard not to be impressed. As of recently, people have been sharing huge waves of AI-generated song covers. And the AI is getting so good, you can hardly tell it's AI-generated. People a re-imagining classic songs in various genres we've never heard before. (Seriously, what AI model are they using?) Take for example this song; it's the wildest thing I've found so far! This is "Frank Sinatra - My Way (1990's New Jack Swing AI Cover)", posted on the channel Realish.

TOKUSATSU MUSIC HIGHLIGHT:"ALMIGHTY ~ Kamen no Yakusoku" (ALMIGHTY ~ The Masked Promise) by the Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra with Yoohei Kawakami.
AND!
"Zenryoku Zenkai! Zenkaiger" (Full Power Non-Stop! Zenkaiger) by Takeshi Tsuruno & Kotonomi Children's Chorus.
The saber in your hand is... Technology?
It's not-exactly 2021, and we have a mixed bag once more. Kamen Rider Saber is about heroes who turn books into real power! And while it had a bit of a rough, green-screen and CGI heavy start because of COVID, the story eventually finds its footing and becomes one of the best Rider shows of early Heisei. I'd say it's the winner in this, though maybe you might like its competition. Zenkaiger is an anniversary series (45 years of Super Sentai) that dared to try a lot of things; some of which were to differentiate itself from the last big anniversary series. And that's about it. Great original ideas, but lacking that spark needed to be really great. Sad to see an anniversary series not maintain the standard we've come to expect since Gokaiger, but maybe the next anniversary will do better?Jump To Save This World, My Crowd.
