Samurai waves and MGE Sniper. "Hello there! Good luck in the event." Samurai waves at Silverspark and Brightspark. "Greetings! It's good to see you both again this year." "Dance? Oh, the dance..." Samurai takes a moment to think about how it goes, doing a few of the dance steps, though some of them were out of order. "Maybe we can work on it after the race." He notices Dynamo looking at something. "Hmm...?" The mouse squeaks in fear, dropping the donut and running away, climbing up Samurai's shoulder. "Oh, there you are, my friend! Everypony, say hello to my little mouse friend that I picked up along the way here. She is harmless; she is just looking for some cheese. I have been calling her Moushley." Samurai explains. Moushley looks over at @Dynamo Pad Dynamo and tilts her head.

Samurai waves at @Iridescent Edge Iridescent, @SidewinderX Starry, @PrincessPriscillaPT Velvet, and @Livealarm Dupluna. "Good to see new faces at this event. I wish you all the best of luck. I'll be giving it my all too!" Samurai smiles and waves back. "Good to see you again, Anarchylight! Weren't you one of the top racers in last year's event?" Samurai thinks back to good times. A very cute and casually dressed mouse pops its head out of the cotton candy. It tilts its head and notices Dupluna. Climbing out, the mouse scurries around the food at the food stand, making sure not to get caught or seen. Moments later, it appears and scurries up to Dupluna, getting her attention with a bunch of cute little squeaks. Once the mouse has Dupluna's attention, it uses CARTOON PHYSICS to pull out a full-sized donut from its pocket, and offers it to Dupluna with a smile. "Wouldn't miss this for the world, otouto-san! I have to be there to support my friends." Samurai begins, but then notices Dynamo's interest in the jacket. With a smirk, Samurai momentarily stands upright and strikes the signature pose. "Fighting For Traffic Safety!" He gets back to a normal standing position. "...Or something like that. But I am glad you like it! I knew a guy who was selling these. I got a Shinken Red jacket and a Time Fire jacket, but this felt the most fitting for the event." Samurai takes his number. "44? Not the number I was expecting, but I'll still do my best. Guess you were expecting me to be here." Samurai gives Dynamo that hug and then puts on his number.

The event looks so stunning and lively, even with the ominous clouds in the sky! The chatter of the crowd, the smell of fresh food, the pageantry of it all~! It was enough to get any pony in the spirit of things. This includes a casually dressed mouse that has crawled into a cone of cotton candy and began munching on the sweet pink treat. But trotting up to the other participants comes the visitor from Japone, Samurai Equine! Last time he sported a fire fighter outfit, but this time he comes wearing a fancy jacket that only some might recognize. As he approaches, he happily bobs his head while singing a song to himself. "Oh boy, but don't you ever forget. You are never fighting alone! Look around you, you see us on your side. Because, you're the true hero~ Let's go! CartRang-" But he stops himself when he sees familiar faces. He takes a moment to wave at @Wizard Titanium, @ComanderZhabikKlavik Anarchylight, and @Nitobit Moonlight. "Yosha! Good to see some familiar faces returning the 2nd time." Samurai also sees the new faces and bows to them. He takes only a moment to stop at the food stand. If they have a sports drink, he'll gladly pay for one of those. "Hmm... Could have sworn my little mouse friend followed me here. But now I can't seem to find her. Oh well." Last on his list of things to do, Samurai tracks down @Dynamo Pad Dynamo. "Ah, good to see my old friend is in charge of this event once more."
