"W-B-X ~W-Boiled Extreme~" by Aya Kamiki w TAKUYA.
Jump into the Infinite Skies.
The year is now 2010, sort-of. Thanks for the previous Kamen Rider show being only half as along, these two shows are no long in sync. They don't start and stop at the same time. Truth is, Double started when Shinkenger was half over. But if last year's anniversary show was full length, then these are the two shows that would have run side by side with each other. Kamen Rider Double is the absolute best return to form after Decade, and the best way to start off Heisei Part II. It starts off with a little bit of a love letter to the Showa era, embraces a little more of its Heisei identity, yet fully evolves into an absolutely solid story with great characters. Double set off an era of better storytelling. Meanwhile, Goseiger is somehow more "mega" than Megaforce. It's about a team of guardian angels marooned on Earth with a mission to protect us all from evil. It's a surprisingly wild story! Though I can totally understand why the angel aspect was dropped in the adaptation. Neither show has an official western release, but both are worth watching. Especially if you want to see the anime spin-off of Double called "Fuuto P.I.".Double Boiled Heavenly Armaments, my crowd!
