I don't know if any of you played McDonald's monopoly game last month or not, but from one of the game pieces I randomly won a free mug with free shipping from Shutterfly. Today was my last chance to redeem the gift, so I put this image together of my cats Pyg (black one) and Bandora (Black and White one in the Skeedo vinyl toy by the artist KiLL!). The image will wrap around a black mug - pretty excited to see how the finished product looks when it arrives in the mail.

That sounds like a wild night! I can't even remember the last time I went to a bar and drank/spent too much. Did you change costumes part way through the night? I haven't seen someone dress as Sonic since I was a kid. Sounds awesome, though. Share a picture if you got one!

Awww yeah! This was my summer jam with my bestie when we were 12. I still have this whole thing memorized even though it's been 14 years (ha-haaaa!). I think this is what introduced us to the Dr. Demento show, which led us down even more fun paths. OH! That totally reminds me, since we found this song at the same time... There's this great Dillon Francis song that isn't anything super special without the music video, but the music video is what really makes it. There's a music video of it that's full of weird innuendo and is perfectly bizarre to watch. It just gets weirder and weirder the longer you watch it, and the song/singing is awful. It's definitely up there on "weirdest songs I've ever heard", and the chorus will gratingly get stuck in my head. Youtube link is here if anyone is interested.

How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: I'm a toy collector and fell in love with the designs of the blind bag My Little Pony toys. Hi! I'm 26 years old, female, um... and possibly quite terrible at introductions. I joined this site because I have some deep nostalgia for being a part of an active forum. I lurked for a few weeks before deciding to join... the people here seem really nice. I haven't watched much of the MLP series (I think I'm somewhere in the middle of season 2?) because I don't have a whole lot of free time. The issues of the comics that I've read are super cute, and I love love love the artwork. I also really love the small blind bag toys and have been slowly amassing an army of them. Otherwise... I work, and when I'm not working I'm building up my art career. I draw some comics, do large fiberglass sculpture, and I make toys. I set up fairly regularly at conventions in Arizona and hope to be more active with setting up in comic shops, etc, in the near future.

Here's a photo of me from a few months ago. It's been a really long time since I dyed my hair, and I'm thinking about dying it a darker, natural red sometime soon. I get so bored with my hair and miss dying it fun, crazy colors. I also miss having a huge mohawk/fluffy death hawk, and I keep on thinking about shaving the sides of my head again once my hair has grown out longer. Then, of course, I would need to dye it black or a fun color. I didn't put my hair up a whole lot, but I love the way pulling it back into a ponytail or having the hair flop to one side looks.

Going blind, completely losing my hearing, having my hands cut off, long term health problems or severe issues like needing organ transplants, cancer, etc... mostly physically crippling things! I'm also mildly creeped out/fascinated by the thought of organ harvesting while legally brain-dead, which is why I am sadly not an organ donor.

100% agree. Personality will make someone more (or less) physically attractive. Someone that's drop-dead gorgeous will lose their luster if they have a truly ugly personality. Adversely, someone that you might not be physically attracted to at first might become more attractive to you over time once you get to know them properly.

I just started watching Kamen Rider Gaim and it's total crack. I gotta check out a bunch of the earlier ones still.... My avatar is of John Goblikon from the Nekrogoblikon "No One Survives" music video... just because.

I'm not a Christmas fan at all and don't really celebrate it anymore. I put on "the Christmas spirit" for my mom because it means so much to her, but that's about it. I loathe Christmas music - it makes me feel incredibly irritated when it's blasting in stores. I also don't buy/exchange gifts anymore, except for my mom. I buy things for so many people throughout the year and actually put a lot of thought and love into those gifts, so getting something under an obligatory timeline to me is just dumb. Also: Christmas drivers are insane and the worst. Soooo many people swerving and not paying attention to where they're going. Massive traffic jams as people scramble to buy last-second gifts just to have something to give... Yeah, not a fan at all anymore. Christmas lost all of its magic once I became an adult. The only thing I still like about it is baking cookies and helping my mom decorate her tree, just because of how adorably happy it makes her.

I did this a few weeks ago. I had a really high pressure deadline and I couldn't draw to save my life, so I tantrumed around my room, cried, and went to bed. Usually I go for a run when I get to that level of frustration, but I've been sick and have had no energy for the last few weeks. In most cases, if I'm having a total brainfart I'll go and do something else. If I'm upset I exercise. If I'm anxious I stress-snack. A lot of the time I'll just take a break and try again later.

Yeah, I have the same issue where I live. I'm not complaining, though - it's pretty nice to not have to spend a ton of money on full price candy. I just reap the benefits of clearance candy a day or two after and selfishly keep it all for myself and have glorious chocolate filled breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.

I stayed home sick from work, slept most of the day, listened to some Riff Raff and later Nekromantix, and then was able to be a little productive later in the day. I'm thinking about heading out and getting some McDonald's breakfast and watching a gory horror movie since I didn't really celebrate this year.

Every single day, multiple times a day, and sometimes in multiple languages.

I'm an INTJ, so Luna or Celestia depending on the chart. I'm really surprised by the numbers of other INTJs on here!
