    I feel sorry for Sega. Since they introduced an OC mechanic clearly made for the kids to enjoy for Sonic Forces, they've been getting berated and mocked for DeviantArt fanart which they had nothing to do with.

      Lolwut? How is Sega being "berated" for DA fanart? >.> This new mechanic shouldn't change much besides the furries getting to play as their favorite OC's (or at least the closest approximation to them).

      I mean, Sega never got bad press before despite the insane amount of Amy, Cream, Rogue, and Blaze pr0n on DeviantArt, Paheal, etc :o

      In fairness, it is probably the noisiest and most unappeasable fanbase in the entire world. This kind of reaction was to be expected. :P

      By the time it rolls around though I almost guarantee the majority of them will be fine with it.
