    Youtube is providing a free service and up until now was asking for basically nothing in return for hosting hundreds of petabytes worth of videos. I'm surprised they didn't do this sooner. Sure they still made money from their existing partnership program and recently Youtube Premium, but I guess there's always more profit to be had somewhere. The real shitty thing is not giving ANYTHING to the video creators, not even <10% of the cut.

    I use it on any service where it's supported. As much as I know it's not a good idea I still tend to put all my eggs in one basket (with things like email, PayPal etc) so it would REALLY suck if someone managed to hack them. To me it's a minor inconvenience for much more added peace of mind.

    Miku definitely. She has a tonne of songs I love, but my favourite is probably Odds & Ends. Can't wait to see her again live in Toronto. That said, I've been listening to Una a lot recently as well.

    I did anonymously report someone who I suspected of plaigarizing a large part of the bachelor's dissertation. Never heard anything about it mind you so maybe it was wrongly founded. In an academic setting like that if plagiarism goes unnoticed until its too late it can have consequences for everybody in the class (i.e. a full scale investigation by academic services). I didn't want to deal with that.

    When I can no longer push new game releases at 60fps @ 1440p on maxed graphics, then it's time to upgrade.

    "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" I usually love Tarantino films but I thought this dragged on too much, and could probably be cut by at least 30 minutes. The last ~20 or so minutes were pretty great though

    A decade is a period of 10 years. Since in the Gregorian calendar there is no 'year 0' (1 BC was immediately followed by 1 AD), and assuming the 'first' decade started on 1 January 1 AD, that means the next decade doesn't officially start until next year. But I just go with this year as the start of the new decade because that's what everyone else is doing.
