I know that my kind has been around for a long time and our history became our strength. Maybe the legendary tome, the Chronicler, might hold some answers. I might have to check once I get back. Personally, I feel that we all might be interconnected in some way as my kind does not seem like any of the feral creatures back in my world." Syo replied, while she brought a paw to support her head as she pondered. Then the bat pony came into the conversation. Syo never thought about it much earlier but this bat pony is quite an oddity compared to the regular ones she have seen so far. Syo giggled a little at the question. As one who have been playing around with dimensions, she has quite a history with hunters who thought of her as a mere cat. "If you mean hunters that come after me when I am in another dimension, I have long list of them." Syo started, while still laughing softly. "If you mean the hunters that managed to come into my world... we were.... Well, according to my world's history, a long time ago, our kind was once enslaved and then broken free. Now our kind regulates the dimension's boundaries. I am one of the few who have access to a backdoor. And if any hunters slip through, we fight." @@~Sole~, Dyr sensed your chaos magic and then did a quick leap to a nearby tree's branch. She saw what you were doing with your fist and smashing one with that fist and hitting another. Chaos magic? That's not good... The two shattered as you hit them but then they started to reform together into a bigger jewel elemental, now with four arms and could levitate off the ground. "Hey, bird! These are sapphire minions, they can resist magic that falls under the dark category and absorb them!" Dyr shouted and then she held her scythe in a pre-strike pose and then the blade ignited with a blue flame that she unleashes on the newly formed jewel elemental. An impression of the blade flew through the air like frisbee and sliced the big jewel elemental in half and burning it up. Dyr then leap back to the ground with her back to you. "But... they are as brittle as glass."

@@JonasDarkmane, Yeah, it is my version of the drawing that skysweep did of all 4 of us. I took the challenge and did it. I still have a lot of details to iron out and I might be asking you for some info. (for now, going to sleep, about 3 am here)

@@~Sole~, Dyr was twirling her massive scythe and sliced a few strange creatures in half. Red rose petals were starting to fly about the air, as if they are being produced by something. Dyr then slammed down with her scythe and the petals flew in the direction that she was facing and acted like razor blades, cutting up more of the strange creature. These strange creatures looked like some sort of elemental made entirely out of jewels. They are about the size of Dyr herself. Just as Dyr sliced a lot apart, more started to appear from out of nowhere. They are charging up their arms and then firing a beam of light at Dyr, who dodges well as she was never still for a second. These jewel elementals seems to be made of sapphire and their beams of light are growing ice where it had contacted.

I am intending to use digital media as it is the one that I want to train. So I will be doing a digital redraw of your rose there. I am somewhat good with a pencil so it will do me good to practice on my tablet. I am working on a big drawing right now (3 ponies and my cat OC)

Maybe one day you will see me in your dimension. I am not sure about this Nekojin you speak of, there are more than just cats in my realm. My kind focuses on two different types of mastery. One for our spiritual magic through developing spirit links and another for our weapon." Syo twirled her staff and then tossed it up into the air like a baton and then teleporting it back to her paw. "What about technology in your realm?" @@~Sole~, Dyr stared at this griffon with clear displeasure. Is everyone in this world so annoying? She sighed as she figured what to do with this overgrown bird. After a bit of debating, she sighed. "If you want to tag along, be my guest. But I am not responsible for what happens to you." Dyr said as she continued on. Then she heard something in the distance. After analyzing what it is with both her ears and her magical sense, she smirked a little. "You're in luck, keep up and you will get to see why I don't want others slowing me down." Dyr then ran ahead again, using her scythe with great efficiency. She pole vaulted up to the trees and hopped on the branches, sometimes using her scythe to swing on a branch so that she can jump further. She disappeared from view in a short moment, then there is a clear sound of something getting shattered that echoed through the forest.

My original plan is that Dyr is following the tracks of the demon only to circle back and find that it has taken residence at the Castle of the two sisters. As for the demon, I was thinking that I have Syo explain some contextual information about how my creature's work and then Dyr can fill in what is the demon.

Syo walked back to the cart then teleported on top of the logs to sit. Syo's ears perked up as she hear Priestess talking about her homeworld. "My homeworld is filled with many creatures too~" Syo added in. "My kind are called Faelius, we are spiritual magic users. My friend who lives here is a Negativa." @@~Sole~, Meanwhile, in a place somewhere, Dyr reappeared from a cloud of red petals. She sniffed the air and closed her eyes to get a feel of her target. What a coward... entering my domain and running off. She swung the scythe a little and rested it on her shoulder before starting to walk. Hearing a new voice, Dyr's battle honed reflexes came in and she held her scythe in an alert manner as she saw who it was. "Oh... you're that big bird that was with that unicorn that reeked of chaos." Dyr said, before relaxing her stance. "Have I mentioned that I worked alone? This is not an enemy that you can fight."

I guess I didn't plan it well either I am not sure if the rest of the group is keen of having a new foe to fight after one rather chaotic one. I am glad to see that my untested OC is getting some response For this new foe, I was thinking of a different thing. I just hope I don't screw my reasoning. I am still thinking of how to get everything together, I am not sure how has the current story gone as everyone is rather split right now.

This is an interesting start, I have not seen this kind of thread before. I think I might take the challenge of the rose and some ponies (as I don't draw ponies often).

Syo started off as she looked in Dyr's direction where she went off. "I felt something coming out of that portal before I got her scent, so that must be what she is pursuing... though I don't think we need to worry about her. She, in my opinion, is one of the best fighters in our world. That 'toothpick' as you called it is a lot stronger than it looks. And also, as you just saw, she has nature magic on her side too." Syo blinked her eyes as she saw the Jackalope. She has totally forgotten to ask Dyr for anti-chaos antidote but with the heated encounter earlier, she didn't even think of it. And her eyes travelled from the Jackalope to the new Griffon. "Oh~ wow, this world has griffons?!" Syo exclaimed, clearly have not seen many before. "I need a closer look." Syo held out her paw and with a few sparkles, her key shaped staff reappeared. After pulling down her goggles, she teleported over to the griffon to inspect him.

@@Blitz Boom, The demon hunting part is just part of the situation to give her a reason to come to this world and group. (she is not a demon hunter) Since I don't want to detrack the main group, she will go on her own for the most part until the story shifts to focus on it. Since the group is a lot bigger now, it gives me some fun to make a foe stronger than a primal spider. I wrote the backstory to this character a long time ago and now is reconstituting it. I hope that in this rp, I get to experiment the personality and practice how she will react. She is a lot stronger than Syo and wields nature magic. (hence the resistance to chaos and illness)

Dyr said, with a sliver of respect. "Missklang, is it? I will be sure to remember you." "I will keep that in mind. And the first thing that annoys me is a barrage of questions that takes too long to answer and not worth my time." Dyr said, still rather coldly. She swung her scythe and rested it on her shoulder as she walked down the road. Syo got out of the cart but then she stumbled. Dyr moved and caught her before she hit the ground. Without saying much else, she held out her paw and conjured a green orb that she gently placed into Syo. "Dyr! I mean, thank you." Syo said as she stood up on her own feet, her energy seemingly came back to her. "I will moving ahead first, or I will lose that demon's trail." Dyr said as she ran ahead and then disappeared in a cloud of red rose petals. Syo was left standing in her dust. She then turned back to Missklang and the group. "Yeah, sorry about her," Syo said while scratching the back of her head, she felt fur there. "Oh, she grew my fur back too."

Syo said, somewhat disappointed that she was not remembered. Dyr grew annoyed at Missklang due to the difference in personality. She took a deep breath first then spoke. "For one, my name is Dyr and I do not need any healing as I have natural resistance to Chaos magic... and about my scythe..." She said as she twirled it around and slashed one of your legs. "I have dealt with chaos types like yourself... I recommend that you and I do not get too close to each other."

Yeah, I thought about it when I made my new post. Btw, does Missklang fare well against physical attacks? The scythe might get swingy soon.

Her grasp on her scythe started to grow more intense when you hugged her. Her fur was surprisingly soft and very fragrant with floral scents. "I am warning you... 3 seconds, release me or I will attack." She said darkly as she held her wrath. Syo slowly got up, leaning on the cart for support. She then looked on and saw Missklang and another cat. Syo's eyes widened as she identified who it was. "Oh my... Dyr! It's nice to see you!" Syo called out cheerfully, albeit still weakly. She saw the situation and then got a sudden sense of malice coming from Dyr. "Don't.. hurt him. He saved my life! Um, Chaos unicorn, you might want to let her go, she does not like it when someone gets touchy with her."

@@Missklang, Actually that would make for a funny exchange in my opinion. This newcomer is not a real villain to the group, though its alignment is lawful evil. This newcomer has the ability to intercept Missklang before he can hug her so, go ahead and I try I guess. About the monster coming from the unstable portal, I was thinking of this new foe to be the one summoning them to fight everyone.
