  1. @@Lightning-flickr, Just ask for a cheap ASUS ultrabook for christmas. I've seen one for $400 dollars brand new, but I don't think they make it anymore.
  2. @@Lightning-flickr, Might barely work on there, since the processor supports 64 bit and such. I don't know, I really don't, but maybe it might work, maybe it might not. Also, anything from 2010 back is something from the past. Aka: I wouldn't buy anything behind that date.
  3. @@Lightning-flickr, Yeah, you may have a little trouble with the 1GB of DDR2 RAM in there, but.. It'll still work. All i'm saying as of now is that what you pick is your choice, but I think the windows netbook actually provides a better performance of Illustrator.
  4. @@Lightning-flickr, I just looked at that macbook from 2007. Ew. Ew. Holy fuck, ew. (( This is macbook pro 13 inch )) The processor is the only good thing in the computer. Other then that, 1GB of DDR2 Ram is crap, the 80-160GB HDD is crap, the 1200 x 800 screen is crap, and the graphics processor uses shared memory, so there's 144 MB of RAM already gone right there. I'd also ask which version of Adobe Illustrator you're using, because honestly... That Macbook is out of date in its tecnhical specifications. Not to mention, I don't know if the computer supports 64 bit (( which it might, idk )) so all in all it would be fairly slow even with that macbook.
  5. HISSSSS MACBOOK *hides in super dark corner of the room*
  6. Well, I found this one. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=8677565&CatId=4936 It's from Tiger, an 11.6 inch Acer netbook that's been refurbished. It's got a fucking slow processor, but you might be able to put that stuff onto it. Just know netbooks are pretty slow, so don't be disappointed at its performance.
  7. I'm going to give you a hug. Another hug, yes. BUT this hug will mean much more then the last one. *hugs tightly* I love you
  8. x3 I didn't mean draw Moon giving a hug, but thanks anyways~ I just wanted to give a hug, like.. *gives hug* Still though, thanks <3
  9. I want to hug your pony right now. Lemme hug him. Now.
  10. x3 yeah more or less. But people still hold on to the last generation cards just from how trustworthy they are~ Anyways, will they be making an 800 series, possibly against an 8000 series Radeon?
  11. I know, but you made a little mistake by saying the i5 was superclocked at its stock clock speed :3 *giggles* And you can't really overclock a 660, a friend tested out, said it was horribly unstable.
  12. I like how you said Super clocked for the i5 and not the EVGA Gtx 660. *winks* :3
  13. This be a computer i'm going to build in a few days from now :3 Specs: Case: Sentey Optimus GS-6000 Processor: AMD Athlon X4 740 Quad Core @ 3.2 Ghz (( 3.7 Turbo boost )) Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty FM2A88X FM2+/FM2 motherboard (( it just came out like a week ago :3 )) Graphics Card: Gigabyte Windforce Rev2 Radeon R7 260x Memory: 8GB (( 2 DIMM sticks, 4 GB a piece )) 2133 Team Zeus Yellow (( will be running at 1866 since processor only supports that )) Storage: WD Caviar Blue 500GB Power Supply: Corsair CX 600 Active PSU I forgot how much it came to in total, but I also got some Logitech Z130 speakers, a 20 inch HP monitor, and standard Microsoft keyboard. (( Mouse I bought a while back, it's a Razer Deathadder )) But anyways, future computer right here :3
  14. Moon Wave. Chubby butt. Chubby belly. Chubby cheeks. Draw. http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/moonlight-lowwave-moon-wave-r2702
  15. I guess I can go ahead and add in Moon Wave here <3 http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/moonlight-lowwave-moon-wave-r2702 So there are a few things I need changed about Moon. One, she's heavily pregnant. And two, she's got chubby cheeks, belly, and of course, butt :3 Also, I have no idea if it's three people requesting, or three pieces of art one can request. So if it's the first suggestion, it's still okay if i'm not accepted :3
  16. Finally, somebody who has the decency to listen and know that having AMD/AMD((ATI)) is the way to go for a budget build. I still respect Intel and their level of performance, but to get a quad core that's 75 bucks and fits in a slot which you can replace the old processor for the upcoming Kaveri one is just great :3 (( FM2/FM2+ Socket )) I did end up putting together (( Not IRL but like plan the parts out )) a 1100-1500 dollar AMD/AMD build though, since it's got the FX 9370 and I think a Radeon HD 7990. Not to mention it's got some liquid cooling and some other expensive products in there that make it neat.
  17. @, AMD was still cheaper in price anyways, even if the i3 beat it by a little. Reason why I got it though is because there's been many more reccomends to get this then an Intel and i'd still rather get a quad core instead of a hyperthreaded dual. And not to be offensive, but I dislike most of the Ivy Bridge series. I like the Haswell a decent bit and Sandy Bridge too. The only real Ivy Bridge things would be the Xeon E3 or an Intel Celeron. I'd be sold to Intel if they made an i3 quad without hyperthreading, but other then that I don't really move to them. But yeah, that's just me.
  18. @, Actually honey, look at the price compared to what I bought to the 3570k. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113329 to this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504 And yes I did buy the 740, but whatevs. I'm not doing any serious gaming really, so it works.
  19. @, Yeah, like I said my opinion. I prefer AMD since they're towards budget building, and I already bought my x4 Athlon which people say that's like the top for price to performance ratio. Meh, oh well. Either or, I don't care if he buys one or the other.
  20. @@TheMarkz0ne, Very good PC build, though I would also reccomend hitting 8GB of RAM and looking to an AMD Radeon GPU. I'd also look to go for the Vischera 8 core CPU by AMD as well, but that involves also switching the motherboard. I just prefer it over the 3570k, my opinion.
  21. BABY DON'T HURT ME DON'T HURT ME NO MORE other then that, this is a nice little thing you listed about about what is love :3 Sweet!
