He had more stationed extra guards towards the entrances of the walled border city he was staying in, and considered getting his own private squad of guards. He was especially curious about this broad he heard of who went by Twilight Sparkle and her friends, The Mane 6.

It's highly encouraged that you consistently stay in the RP, though. Register your character here before roleplaying. This is pretty much a roleplay for some Equestrians visiting a new neighboring country to the north and east and meeting some citizens as well as the leader, Rubato Civis. It could be considered a fictional slice of life roleplay. The country's long name is The Federal Democratic Republic of Continenzina, it's generally shortened to Continenzina. It's a more or less an inoffensive centrist federal republic operating very similarly to the United States of America, except for lobbying being outright banned and minor subsidies on small businesses. Heavy taxation isn't even a thing and its biggest priorities for government spending are the military, education, and healthcare. The government has very little corruption and a good economy. Within the roleplay's universe, there has been little interaction between Equestria and Continenzina, but it has traded and collaborated with other neighbors, such as Germaneigh. There's a flat income tax rate of 10%, with sales tax and some other related laws being decided by state/territory within said republic. It is a federal, not unitary, republic. THE RP: Click me

Why could I only use a 255 kilobyte image or smaller for my background? It seems very impractical. For example, say, if someone had a 1920x1080 image, no dice!

What resolution should I make it in?

I pretty much will make you a signature for free. Specify a color palette, a resolution/size, fonts, text, whatever you want, I'll make it.
