Oh I feel like I'll have to find a new job sometime in the future. There have been some changes recently and I'm not sure if I like where it might be going. I'm kinda tired of being pushed around.
On the other hoof, I'm pessimistic when it comes to think about finding a better job in my area, hence why I'm hesitant with making any changes... Eeeehhhh...

@TomDaBombMLP oh i hope things will go well for you, no matter what you'll choose.
@AppleButt oh yes, exactly. I wouldn't mind getting paid less if I'd be able to enjoy what i do.
@Lord Valtasar Sounds good, but in reality it's not that easy. At this point if I'd decide to quit and throw the papers, there would be 3 months notice period. That's a really long time for such things, employers may not be up to waiting that long or the offer may simply expire/someone else may take the spot.
Besides, bunch of text and reality tend to be insanely different, so there's always that risk, that it will be nothing what it was supposed to be. It would be nice to actually try it all out, but taking two jobs at once... Oof.
If someone would be up to having two jobs for 3 months and working 16 hours a day (+ probably around 2 hours for transport) during that time then it would be doable heh.
There's always risk and I'd hate to make things even worse...

It depends on how long you work in the particular job. For 3+years of work there's a 3-months notice in Poland. I work there for around 4.5 years now, so yeah... That's a problem.
I guess it may also depend on job, but mine goes with defaults as far as i know. I have that somewhere in papers, i recall there was 2 or 3 months mentioned indeed.
