I know. That's why chrome isn't that good on those computers. It takes up more memory to run faster. He should use ANYTHING but Internet Explorer. People who use Internet Explorer make my job so much harder. Also, not all schools have bad computers. Just most of them.

Good point, well funded schools or smaller schools can both have decent computers.

Also, not to pry, but what do you do for work? I'm assuming it is something with coding or web design.
